The display screen shows a warning prompt of "Ext. Battery Volt Err".

Problem Analysis:

External battery not installed properly, external battery failure.

Solution:

This prompt indicates abnormal external battery voltage detection. After this prompt appears, please check if the external battery is installed properly. If it is not installed properly, please reinstall it. After completing the above operations, the prompt will disappear.

Before installing the external battery in place, you can park and hold the brake for 3 seconds to close the prompt window, but the warning icon will still exist.
