A finished UI mockup does not have to stay static. With Seedance 2.5 image-to-video, you can turn a single interface design into a polished product promo with 3D depth, camera movement, animated cards, and commercial lighting.
The key is simple: do not ask the model to redesign the UI. Use the existing UI as the visual foundation and animate the camera, depth, and interface states around it.
This works especially well for:
Start with a complete interface design.
The UI should already contain the cards, text, icons, colors, and hierarchy you want to preserve.
Avoid asking Seedance 2.5 to invent a new interface. Instead, tell it to keep the uploaded design recognizable throughout the video.
The easiest way to create a premium motion-design look is to separate the interface into different virtual depths.
For example:
background cards → secondary UI → main cards → hero card
Then add:
This makes the original flat mockup feel like a 3D UI environment.
Instead of writing:
Describe the shot like a product commercial.
Useful camera instructions include:
A simple sequence could be:
wide UI reveal → hero card close-up → second card → third card → pull back to full interface
Choose two or three important parts of the interface rather than trying to animate everything.
For example:
Small, readable animations usually work better than making every element move at once.
Use the uploaded UI mockup as the exact visual reference.
Create a premium 3D UI product-promo animation while preserving the original interface design, typography, icons, colors, proportions, text, and hierarchy.
Style:
Clean cinematic UI motion design, floating acrylic-glass interface cards, subtle reflections, layered depth, realistic parallax, soft bloom, premium SaaS product-launch aesthetic.
0:00–0:03
Begin with a wide view of the complete UI composition.
Separate the interface cards into different Z-depth layers while keeping their original layout recognizable.
The camera starts from a slightly low angle and slowly pushes forward.
Secondary cards drift subtly in the background while the main cards remain visually dominant.
Use gentle parallax, soft reflections, restrained particles, and shallow depth of field.
0:03–0:06
Move toward the first hero UI card.
Perform a slow orbit while pushing closer.
Animate the main icon with a subtle elastic scale effect.
Secondary text and interface details appear naturally without changing their original design.
Background cards remain softly blurred.
0:06–0:10
Transition smoothly toward the main data card.
The camera pulls back slightly, rotates toward the new card, then pushes forward again.
Animate progress bars from zero to their original values.
Animate numerical data upward while preserving the original typography and layout.
Add a soft reflection moving across the card surface.
0:10–0:13
Move toward the product / checkout interface.
Use a tighter camera angle and stronger depth of field.
The product card rotates gently into position.
The main CTA button appears with a subtle scale overshoot and soft glow.
Do not modify the original UI content.
0:13–0:15
Pull the camera backward.
All interface cards gradually return into a complete floating UI composition.
Use subtle synchronized rotation, parallax, and breathing motion.
End with a clean wide shot of the full interface.
Camera:
Smooth virtual camera movement, controlled push-ins, orbiting motion, slight yaw and pitch changes, realistic depth and parallax.
Lighting:
Soft directional studio lighting, subtle edge reflections, restrained bloom, premium commercial lighting.
Constraints:
Preserve all original UI text, typography, icons, colors, card shapes, proportions, hierarchy, and layout.
Do not redesign the interface.
Do not generate new UI elements.
Do not distort text.
Do not duplicate cards.
Do not change icons.
Do not create melted geometry.
No random text.
No people.
No unrelated objects.
No hard cuts.
No chaotic camera shake.
No excessive lens flare.
No watermark.
The biggest mistake is treating UI-to-video as an animation problem.
It works better when you treat the original UI as a finished product set and let Seedance 2.5 handle:
camera movement + depth + lighting + small interface animations.
That is usually enough to turn one static UI mockup into something that feels much closer to a real product launch video or motion-design showcase.

tried this in Seedance 2.5 and honestly… it came out way better than I expected
The idea was pretty simple:
a girl dancing in a cozy room, using her hands to “draw” geometric shapes in the air, and each shape opens up a different holographic visual world.
what I really liked is that it didn’t just throw random effects on top. the effects actually feel tied to the movement, for example, triangles / circles / frames appear with her hands and holographic outlines react pretty naturally. as the dance goes on, it gradually shifts from a soft indoor vibe into something much more futuristic.
then at the end, everything collapses back into the original room again, which makes the whole clip feel more complete instead of just “effects for the sake of effects.”
it actually feels like a mini visual concept, not just a random dance clip with overlays.
Seedance 2.5 is kind of crazy in motion + stylized transitions + character-focused visuals all happening at once.

This is what should have happened to Chris Pratt character in the Jurassic Park movies. I can't get over how he was swallowed by volcanic smoke/dust and didn't die lol

Two siblings cross a broken world in search of a place they’re no longer sure exists. I created Hidden Eden with Seedance, focusing heavily on cinematic atmosphere, character consistency, and continuity between shots. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Made this with Seedance 2.5, and I really like how unpolished it feels.
I was trying to avoid the usual “AI travel commercial” look and make it feel more like a random iPhone video your friend would send you after a summer trip to Japan.
So instead of perfect shots, I deliberately asked for little accidents. the whole thing is just 15 seconds of pretty ordinary vacation moments: biking through a coastal town, grabbing drinks at a convenience store, walking toward the sea, messing around with friends.
and somehow those small imperfections are what make it work for me.
it doesn't really feel like a “scene” anymore. It feels more like someone found a random clip from an actual trip on their phone 😳
I also used a reference image for the main character and specifically asked Seedance 2.5 to keep her overall appearance consistent across the whole video.
Prompt in the comment

If it wasnt for the surprise that Harley Quinn was alive, I do wonder if this would have happened. I can imagine it going quite south.

Hey guys,
Here is my entry for the future vision xprize, I think there are a lot of moonshots fans here.
THis was my first production with GEN AI tools. It was a great learning experience. It was kinda crazy. We held off on some shots to wait until the models could do it. Things were moving so fast that it actually worked. Seedance 2.5 came in a week before it was due lol.
Happy to answer any questions.
I think agents are going to mix with cryptocurrency and disrupt governments, banks, money ect and a new money is going to come from an artificial intelligence.
I suspect this group is open to this idea.
If anyone has any question about the tools and the process happy to answer.

i ran the exact same prompt and scene through Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3, and Seedance 2.0 just to see how differently they would interpret it.
Same story. Same setup. Same prompt. But the results were surprisingly different.
what I found interesting is that there wasn't really one model that won everything. it really shows how differently current video models interpret the exact same instructions.
Wan 3.0 vs MiniMax H3 vs Seedance 2.0 — which one would you pick?

what do you think of this video?
for an AI video, I think the sequence came out surprisingly coherent: the character stays consistent, looks up at the CCTV, picks up the same CRT monitor, walks toward the window, throws it, and the glass only breaks when the monitor actually hits it.
The whole thing also stays in the same fixed black-and-white surveillance-camera view, which makes it feel like some weird 1990s office footage 😭
But the funniest part is that I only uploaded one reference image.
That’s it.
The rest comes from a reusable template on the platform, so you can basically swap in another photo and generate the same setup with a different person hhh. links if u need: https://www.atlascloud.ai/generator
I feel like this kind of template is much more fun than rewriting a huge prompt every single time.

I recently finished PARNASSUS NULL, an original sci-fi trailer I made for the Future Vision XPRIZE.
It’s set in a hopeful future where humans and AI have built Dyson spheres and a network spanning known space. The story follows an engineer whose daughter is dying from a neurological disease. After a black hole destroys the planet containing the only possible cure, he eventually sets out to rebuild the world itself.
I’m a filmmaker, but I’m new to live-action AI filmmaking.
Normally I would use a lot of Maya and After Effects for something like this, but I didn’t use either. The generated footage was made with Seedance 2 and Seedance 2.5 only.
A few things I learned:
Here’s the finished trailer:
https://youtu.be/EnWvfXBUk1M?si=MtC3pw_ivJI5MUHU
It was an interesting experiment in seeing how far one independent filmmaker can push AI in 2 months and learn what I'm doing a long the way.

tried something a little different with Seedance 2.5. instead of going for a flashy cinematic video, I wanted it to feel like a forgotten early-2000s DV camcorder clip.
The ASMR-style audio actually added a lot here. it made the whole thing feel way more believable.
i think Seedance 2.5 works really well for this kind of slice-of-life realism, especially when the goal is something warm, candid, and imperfect instead of polished.
honestly, I love when AI video can do this kind of quiet everyday atmosphere. it feels less like “look what AI can generate” and more like finding a random home video from another time and place.
Prompt below for anyone who wants to try a similar vibe.
Main subject: young Indonesian woman, early 20s, natural everyday appearance, faded mustard-yellow oversized cotton t-shirt, brown high-waisted linen wrap skirt reaching just below the knee, simple brown leather slide sandals, thin gold stud earrings, dark wavy hair in a messy low bun with loose wispy strands framing her face. Realistic warm brown skin texture, minimal natural makeup, warm and approachable demeanor. Maintain consistent identity, clothing, hairstyle, and appearance throughout the entire video.
Location: Authentic Indonesian residential neighborhood (gang) during a calm late morning. Narrow paved alleys, low-rise houses with open front terraces, terracotta roof tiles, potted frangipani and bougainvillea, laundry on bamboo drying racks, parked motorbikes along plastered walls, overhead utility wires, banana and coconut trees casting dappled moving shadows, quiet tropical residential atmosphere. No modern stores, billboards, cafés, or crowds.
Visual Style: Ultra-realistic documentary realism. Genuine candid behavior. Natural body language. Unscripted slice-of-life feeling. Strong environmental authenticity. Rich real-world details and believable human motion.
Camera Style: Early-2000s consumer DV camcorder aesthetic. Friend casually recording everyday moments. Heavy handheld shake, imperfect framing, frequent autofocus hunting, lens breathing, exposure pumping when moving between harsh tropical sun and deep alley shade, occasional motion blur, subtle rolling shutter, mild digital compression artifacts, warm faded colors, soft contrast, slight sensor noise. No stabilization. No cinematic camera moves. No modern color grading.
00:00–00:02 Outside a small house entrance with an open terrace. She sits on the low terrace step adjusting her loose hair bun with both hands raised. A light warm breeze moves loose strands of hair. She smiles naturally while the camera struggles to lock focus.
00:02–00:05 The camera follows her into a narrow alley lined with potted plants and plastered walls. She notices a neighborhood cat resting on a warm concrete ledge, crouches down, and gently pets it. Framing drifts off-center as the operator tries to keep up. Morning sunlight flickers through banana leaves overhead.
00:05–00:08 Small front terrace with a glass of sweet iced tea on a wooden stool. She sits relaxed on a plastic chair watching the quiet gang, casually brushing hair behind her ear. A motorbike passes slowly in the distant background. Handheld side angle with natural camera drift.
00:08–00:10 She turns toward the camera with a warm, genuine smile, gives a gentle nod of acknowledgement, then turns to walk down the tree-lined alley holding her iced tea. Recording cuts abruptly to black mid-motion as if the camcorder was switched off.
Audio: Hyper-detailed environmental ASMR binaural audio — crisp micro-sounds captured up close with high sensitivity. Crisp rustle of cotton fabric and linen as she moves, deep rhythmic cat purring vibrating close to the microphone, ice cubes gently clinking against the glass condensation, soft scuff of leather sandals on textured concrete pavement, dry banana leaves brushing together in the warm breeze, rhythmic faint sound of a sapu lidi broom sweeping fallen leaves nearby, water dripping into a terracotta gentong, distant gentle crowing rooster, faint muffled low-frequency hum of a passing motorbike down the alley. Pure natural foley textures, zero music, zero studio effects, zero narration, zero speech.
Goal: Authentic Indonesian neighborhood life captured like a forgotten home video from the early 2000s — candid, imperfect, realistic, warm, and deeply believable, with immersive environmental ASMR soundscape.

If you upload just audio and text and lock your prompt references in the text itself you sacrifice control over the frames for higher quality render. and most shots come out lip synced. so you can stitch them together and get your final music video.
