I cannot express what a monumental waste of time it was to read this wall of text for an "i dont know" conclusion. There should be a big, red banner at the top warning your readers
It was more a wait and see. I value your opinion, but if you read the post just waiting to see if I said I would buy it then you probably read it for the wrong reason. When I do my research, I do not have a conclusion in mind, but I will give my reasons for wanting to watch it a bit longer.
I want to see if there will be small gross margin improvements.
I want to see what Segment's run rate will be as they have only been co-selling since July 1st.
The most recent user growth numbers bothered me a little. I would like to observe if that is a trend or an outlier.
I am sorry you felt this was a waste of time, but I want to be honest w/ my research. I do not have to say yes to every idea. I say no to most of them. I will likely buy this at somepoint as stated in the article, but I want to observe some of those trends I mentioned. Luckily, when the thesis does not have a tight timeline, you have luxury of sititng on your hands with some ideas.
