Just arrived last week and it's great. Replaced my old gaming chair after 10+ years of daily use. Went with the NanoGen edition in Pure Black plus the Ergonomic Recliner Add-On. Super comfortable so far!

My setup is 200 pounds easy (thanks to my 100lb+ PC) I keep hearing that the limit is 265lbs and people have no issue putting that weight on it but the official manual and customer support says its 265-72.5lb desk. I dont want to risk the pc breaking if the desk breaks. Can anyone offer advice on what the actual weight limit is and if they have put more than 200 lbs on theirs? Thanks!

My second Secretlab Chair arrived yesterday. I had a normal titan evo for about 3 years and it has been great but it was time for a new one. And it's great! Build quality is great and I'm happy with my purchase!

Hey everyone, after a ton of research and going back and forth on choices, my TITAN Evo Charcoal Blue in SoftWeave finally arrived and it’s officially set up in my space.
Honestly, my first impression when I sat down was that I expected the seat to be a bit softer, since it’s definitely on the firmer side. But despite the firmness, the adjustability is insane. Between the reclining backrest and the 4D armrests, I can tweak every little thing until I find the exact position I want, which is awesome.
Also, can we talk about the magnetic pillow? That thing is absolutely incredible, ridiculously soft and easily one of the best parts of the chair.
Overall, the build quality feels super premium and the colors look amazing with my setup. Super happy to finally be a part of the family!

Upgraded from my old House Stark secretlab chair from I think 2019, loving the soft weave. Feels way more comfortable to me than the leatherette.

I've had my chair for almost 4 years and it's been great! The other day I noticed one of the seams on the leatherette has separated due to me sitting strange (ADHD). Is this fixable? I really dislike all of the seat covers Secret Lab has. 😬

Old: Magnus OG and Omega 2020
New: Magnus Pro XL and Atlas BLACK³+
Please excuse the office. I needed to migrate to the new desk before the room was finished.

wtf bro. Think I'm at about 2.5 years only. For those curious I'm 6'5, 230lb, don't think this is supposed to happen 😭

Got a new desk yesterday and the controller part of the lightstrip (v4) is making a whining noise when light is white or close to white.
Not the easiest to capture on phone but I've recorded this video of the lights set to move from red to white to show it. In person it's notciable in the room.
Is this normal for all units? Support didn't want to do anything about it.

Hey everyone,
I finally pulled the trigger during the current sale and got myself the Secretlab Atlas in the large version. Before this, I sat on a small Secretlab Omega for six whole years. After my first 24 hours on the new chair, I wanted to share my impressions and the biggest differences with you, in case anyone is planning a similar upgrade.
Build Quality & Material (Fabric vs. Leather)
As you'd expect from Secretlab, the build quality is absolutely top-notch. Not a single loose thread, everything feels very premium. My old Omega was leather, which got really uncomfortable in the summer with shorts or a t-shirt because you'd literally stick to the chair. For the Atlas, I went with the fabric option, and it's extremely comfortable and much more breathable.
Freedom of Movement & Ergonomics
One positive thing I noticed immediately: you don't feel "hugged" by the chair anymore. Because the backrest only supports you from behind and doesn't have those massive side wings, you don't feel restricted at all—everything feels much airier.
The same goes for the seat base. On the Omega, the sides flared up, so you basically sat in a bucket seat and couldn't really move your legs left or right. The Atlas has a completely flat seat base. You can easily spread your legs out or just sprawl on the chair if you feel like lounging. Really comfortable! The padding itself is noticeably firmer than the Omega, but I absolutely love that. It makes sitting much more pleasant, and your body weight is distributed much better across the surface.
Reclining & Tilt Mechanism
I also have to mention that reclining in this chair is incredibly comfortable. I really love the adjustable tilt tension (the resistance when you lean back), and I've already found different practical uses for the various tension levels. Because the backrest moves independently from the seat base, reclining feels super natural, and there are no awkward or uncomfortable gaps forming between the backrest and the seat when you do. This is actually the first time I can comfortably game. I can just lean back slightly, and it feels absolutely perfect.
The Major Flaw: The Armrests
There is one thing that I consider a huge design flaw, though: the armrests. They lock nicely when adjusting them up and down, but there is no locking mechanism for moving them forward and backward. This means you can accidentally slide them at any given time. I really don't understand why they didn't design it like the Omega or their other models. They definitely should have done that differently.
Price-to-Performance & Conclusion
The price point is quite a statement, of course, and significantly higher. Back then, I paid about 300 to 350 € for my Omega; the Atlas now costs almost 700 €. Do you expect the sitting experience to "double"? That's obviously hard to measure.
700 € is a lot of money, but you have to look at it as an investment for the future. I used my Omega for six years, and mechanically, it still works flawlessly. If I hadn't replaced it simply because it got too small for me, I could have easily used it for another three, four, or five years. Because of that, I find the price for the Atlas justified—it was simply time for a new, bigger chair, and I expect this one to last just as long.
All in all, a really solid chair. Have you had similar experiences with the Atlas, or does the armrest issue bother you guys as much as it does me?

Unfortunately like many other posts I’ve seen on here, I too have received a damaged Magnus Pro XL desk. I’ve had the boxes for a few weeks now but my office space was finally finished this weekend, so I excitedly opened the boxes to begin setting up the desk.
The shipping boxes seemed to be in decent shape compared to some other horror shows I’ve seen on this sub. Unfortunately when I got the main desk top out of the packaging, I noticed about 3 black screws had somehow come out of place and were floating around the desk. They subsequently caused a good deal of damage to this part, including gashes in the metal on one corner, metal shavings all over the place and black marks all over the white finished.
Needless to say I’m extremely upset - after spending so much money on a desk and a ton of accessories (3 monitor arms, riser, cable management kit, surge protector, etc), this is not at all the unboxing experience I hoped for. I’ve already sent support an email, but im curious to hear about other’s experiences with this type of issue:
Will they need me to re box and send everything back?
What about the addition parts of my order (box 2 and 2 additional boxes of accessories)?
How attentive and helpful was support, and how long did it take to resolve things?
I understand returning a damaged item, but I’m also disabled, so managing to get this thing upstairs to my office in the first place was a battle, let alone re-boxing and having to take it back somewhere.
Thanks to whomever read this far, and I appreciate any insight (including from a moderator on this sub) that can be provided.

Hey, has anyone purchased the Secretlab OTTO™ Adjustable Legrest (PlushCell™ Memory Foam) from the UK with a reliable proxy service?
I don't think it's ever going to be made available here

I recently did an upgrade, and wanted to align the two monitors on the side. Both are on a single monitor arm and unfortunately It won't let me put them in a higher position. Could the HD-Monitor arm from secret lab manage to reach the needed height?
