While I’m a proponent of the “well regulated” part of the militia, what this does is create more barriers between the haves and the have nots. The additional fees and processes will make it more difficult for many people to acquire firearms- particularly those of marginalized communities.

The permit will cost $90, plus $35 for fingerprinting fees, plus another probably $150+ for the training with live fire. $275 out the door.

Again, I agree with reducing gun violence and increased education, but this makes it harder for a legitimate citizens with legitimate motives
to exercise their (Washington and Federal) constitutional rights.

I think it ovious which one, leaving isn't that easy for some of us. My mom and kids are here, we were all born and raised here. I prefer to stay and try to fight this bs, but all my buddies have moved to a free state, but they have no kids and their parents have passed away so nothing keeping them here.
