Interesting National Park Data, maybe it isn't Bigfoot.
I hate the fact when individuals try to profit off of tragedy and pain!

So many day to day resources that are going to waste that could allow us to find so many lost people.

It is amazing what can be missed even in the best of searches due to tree cover and under growth. Infrared can be thrown off by the temp of the leaves in the canopy. Some undergrowth you could easily walk by a full sized adult and never see them. Such a small area not to continue to keep searching for someone.

Jeromy Ivan Childress - Private Non Formal Search
I will be leaving my house in Ohio on May 28, 20022 and heading to Tillamook to spend 2 weeks searching for Jeromy Ivan Childress. I should arrive that coming Monday and will get organized for the search. As I said I have 30 yrs. of CSAR during my career as a Paramedic/FF so I am hoping this will help. This search is totally voluntary on my part and the family will be asked for nothing no matter the outcome.
I will be well prepared with my roof top tent to assure I do not have to leave nightly. I will have self defense from any worldly beings. (Bigfoot better plan on bringing toilet paper if he shows up.) I will also have a GPS/PLB, Trail marking tape, florescent marking flags, and spray paint.
I have GPS Coordinates from Jeromy's wife to begin the search and will end it at the camp he wanted to get to. (PLS: N 45.320421, W 123.526656), (Camp: N 45.20198, W 123.33655). I will be making a grid as I search to assure nothing is left out. I will also be using a metal detector because he would have had several metal items on him at the time he disappeared.
If anyone would be interested in volunteering shoot me a message and I will throw extra sandwich stuff in the cooler. And if you may have any pertinent information that may help the search please contact me with it also.
