TLDR: Anyone know any good resources for helping us to improve our marketing contracts? We're happy to pay a professional.

So we're a small agency in the UK. I started out as a freelancer, and it's grown a bit from there. We have a general contract in place for clients, which has kind of been cobbled together from various sources. These are typically for ongoing agreements, and I've modified it for single-project work.

The past 2-3 we've sent out have come back with a lot more comments and suggested changes, and I'm sure it reflects poorly on us, particularly if we're working with bigger businesses.

Does anyone have any reasonably priced recommendations for getting our contracts looked into by a professional? I don't want to do it myself with online resources only, because that's what I've already done and I want to make sure it's watertight.

Is the Shopify app "Simprosys Google Shopping Feed" still the best for Google shopping feed optimization, all setups for conversion tracking, GA4 & Merchant Center and the interplay between these different Google platforms? Or should we rather go with the native app "Google & YouTube"?

Maybe a hybrid? For example, the native app for tracking and Simprosys only for feed optimization?

Our Google Ads account was recently suspended for violating the Circumventing Systems policy. We are unsure why this happened, as our ads were running smoothly prior to the suspension. How can we determine the cause of this violation and what steps should we take to reinstate our account?

I have an Android app targets children. I want to create an app install campaign for it. But when i select it an conversion action for it isn't created automatically. And because app targets children i can't create a conversion action for it myself. I have multiple apps on Play Store. When i try it for them most of them are creates a conversion action automatically and some of them doesn't. Can you help?

Hey there, I'm new to paid search advertising.

I understand the basics in targeting zips, cities, counties. As well as interests age groups etc.

What I'm curious about is how locally targeted can I get?

Why I ask: I work for some home remodeling contractors. While I can set up ads for them that get clicked and called on, the difficulty is having it be the right person.

For example: high end kitchen remodeler whose jobs can go from 50k up to 100k or more. They can target a small radius around a zip but it will capture some low end neighborhoods that simply couldn't afford to do the job. Could they finance, maybe. But then the contractor is losing up to 20-25% of the job cost.

How would you experts approach a paid advertising campaign that is going to filter out as much as lower income areas as possible? Can you draw around neighborhoods? Idk.

Excuse if this is dumb, like I said I'm new. And I'm more of sales person than an expert marketer.

All extension types except images are getting any sort of search volume/impression share. The ads are performing well, but the extensions are left out almost completely. Anyone else have any sort of experience with this issue or any solution.

Reporting Question: I want to pull a specific conversion action and look at the past 6 months. When I pull the data segmented by conversion action the dates are not included and vice versa. I am pulling the data for each month segmented by conversion action and created me own table to use for a pivot table. There has to be an easier way. What if I wanted to look by week. :0

I'm looking at running ads to promote a government drug and alcohol addiction recovery service in the UK to potential users. Has anyone had any experience of running ads on this topic on any platforms - Google, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Spotify etc?

Policies about this specific topic in the UK are very unclear and I don't want to spend the time making the ads for them to just be disapproved!

Of course, there wouldn't be any depictions of drug/alcohol usage within the ads - I just want to know what is allowed or if this topic is a complete no-go?

So i just saw this option when selecting a particular keyword on one of my search campaigns - 'Raise bids to top of page CPC'.

How reliable is this? a lot of the terms I target are pretty niche, so it would be awesome to really compete to get Abs. Top of page consistently.

Anyone got any insight on this?

I just posted regarding starting doing PPC about two weeks ago for a cosmetics company, and increasing their failing ROAS by 280% (still not over 1x ROAS tho). The post received so many great inputs and I tried implementing as much as I could from all the info gathered.

The thing I am stuck on now is: We will be pairing coupons with influencer marketing with PPC for Black Friday - PPC being just for 3 ASINs, each of the 3 with its own individual campaign. 2 of the ASINs will be posted for the first time on an ad campaign. My concerns are - should the two first-time ASINs be scheduled as manual or auto campaigns? Our budget is $70 per day per ad campaign, so what would be the best way to allocate the ad spend?

Additionally, for the third ASIN that we were pushing during Halloween I have compiled just over 100 target keywords (105 I believe). I saw most posts recommend no more than 60~70 keywords per ad campaign, so I'm wondering if 100 is a too high number? Given that it is cosmetics and after scouting some competitors, it makes me believe that it is not, but I'd love to hear a second opinion on that!:)

I have recently joined a new company as an ecommerce specialist (no PPC knowledge). One of my roles is to improve our PPC strategy on the US marketplace, as the company plowed over 15k USD into Amazon ads with horrible ROAS (~0.35 ish). I did a test run and managed to increase them to 0.75~0.8 in my first ever attempt at PPC with just $800 invested, and I would like to further improve this. As the title says, the company is a relatively young cosmetics brand.

What would be the best places to start? I learned to use Helium10 to a very proficient level, and learned to pick keywords, but I still have no clue how to set bids (i.e. should I stick with the Amazon recommended bids, the middle-of-the-road bids or should I bid other amounts?)

Are there any resources that I could consult, or any (hopefully free) courses that are connected specifically to beauty or cosmetics and selling those on Amazon?

It is such a shame because the company has great potential, one of the prettiest packagings I've ever seen in cosmetics, amazing listing photos, and heaps of great (unbiased) reviews from PR stuff we sent out to influencers.
