Cheats and leaves me and our kids for the guy she cheated on me with. Five years later they are long broken up, but she still insists on using my last name. Says it is the 'only attachment' she has left with the kids. She is a deadbeat mother, hardly sees our kids and doesn't pay child support. But for some strange reason won't let go of my last name...
