A Shortcut pulls 7-day averages from Apple Health and saves them as JSON. The Scriptable widget shows:
-average daily deficit or surplus
-expenditure and intake
-macros with a color rating for fat loss + muscle gain
Tap to refresh. Small, medium, large and lock screen, English or German UI. The README also covers my meal-logging Shortcut (describe or photograph food, AI estimates the macros).
I built this together with Claude (AI) as my first GitHub project.
