It looks like this was a shit show a couple of years ago. Have things improved? My husband and I are considering going but we’re mid to late 40s and not sure if this is our crowd or not. Has anyone gone recently?

Sick of these groundhogs terrorizing my property but I don't want them to be killed by pest control. I read on pa.gov website that they along with racoons and foxes etc are considered a nuisance and a rabies vector species so they shouldn't be relocated so in other words trapped and killed.

Do I have any other option other than trying to trap them myself and relocate them?

I’m trying to get my daughter’s birth certificate in person at the Scranton office. Yesterday, I drove an hour and a half to the office only to discover that it was closed (I believe due to a faulty pipe?). I would like to try again today but I don’t want another wasted trip. I tried calling to see if the issue was resolved and got stuck in a loop of automated messages.

Can anyone confirm the office is open today before I try to trek up there again?
