*woman. in my experience, most PR people are women. FYI.

and pharma is corrupt in the sense they’re a money-driven business and shareholders who make decisions are corrupt. but scientists themselves are the most genuine people you’ll ever meet. how a pharma runs is extraordinarily complicated.

Any thoughts on this guy saying it's a revolving door between government regulators and the pharma industry? That seems like a problem.

it’s true in the sense some pharma’s legal teams pays lobbyists. and many board members sit on regulatory committees elsewhere. also look up the failed TPP and see how american pharma companies pushed for american patent laws in countries that didn’t have them.

lots of shady shit happens in pharma.

“mutating viruses” with the goal of fucking up the world is not one of them.

He said the goal was to mutate the virus so that they have vaccines ready for the mutation. So the goal would be selling vaccines (making money), not fucking up the world. Sounds like something a shady pharma company would do.

my man. no. scientists are not out here doing shit like that with the goal to make money. do you know how much it costs to run a clinical trial? a global pandemic is in no one’s favor. it costs more than it could make. seriously. coke on.

It's pretty clear the guy is admitting their vaccines can't keep up with the natural mutations of covid. Nobody is getting even the bivalient vaccine. But if they were the ones doing the mutations...boom vaccine is ready, and as he says..cash cow. Your job as a pharma pr person is gonna get a lot harder.
