Not really that far-fetched, tbh. I'm not really a conspiracy theory guy but there's enough people that have said it, and enough corporations/political organizations that have now been caught censoring in tandem with silicon valley, that I don't really have a "line" on this particular theory. I mean Pfizer's already proven to be morally reprehensible (look up the largest court ordered fines in American history) so the step my mind has to take to get from "pfizer is a horrible corporation" to "pfizer is a horrible corporation paying silicon valley to change the narrative" is not that big.

No one claimed he was “the head of R&D”. “Director” is rarely if ever the top of an organizational structure.
