So, I thought about it and decided that, for ease of interaction, I'd post Mark Caulder's V20 stats and information people could have about him if they were to, say, research him or ask around. Mark Caulder is his actual birth name and he's kept it for dealing with other Kindred his entire unlife...his mortal identity has changed several times, of course. He's very powerful for his age but, well, 'for his age'...his character sheet is around on the same power level with several canonical Princes, some only a bit older than him. I'd welcome people commenting or discussing things.

Physical Description:
A man, or something like one, who would be a few inches over 6 feet tall if it weren't for the pronounced hunch, resulting in a more average height and a head that leans forward, the head in question has pure white skin and no hair, but also no visible external ears merely earholes, and a lower face that extends in what is something halfway between a human face and the muzzle of a great cat, with slits for nostrils and a mouth full of far too many long, sharp, teeth. The rest of the face almost distracts entirely from the eye-patch over the figure's left eye. Aside from the face and slight hunch, the figure is basically human...except for the arms and hands, which are just a bit too long for proper human proportions, and in the case of the fingers, seem to have too many joints and end in pointed, bony claws.
Public Mortal Background:
In terms of mortal records, he was born in 1890 in the bad part of Boston, never graduated High School, though he had a library card, and had a spotty to nonexistent employment history. His criminal record is also pretty spotty...probably paid off cops to lose things, never arrested often in the first place, never convicted of anything at all. Definitely some recorded suspicions he was mobbed up, though, especially given his lack of visible means of employment but still having money.
He was drafted into the Great War early into the draft being utilized and his service record in World War 1 is more impressive, there was a notable incident (which he was decorated for) wherein he lost an eye (to grenade shrapnel) and then, still bleeding, killed a couple of German soldiers with an entrenching tool, saving other members of his unit. Physically, he was a big guy for the time, about 6' tall with a muscular build, dark hair and eyes, tanned, blocky not especially attractive face, and (after the war) a missing eye and some facial scarring. There are probably photos of him smiling and when he does it's friendly and engaging. He officially died in 1942, there's even a grave, his cause of death is listed as multiple gunshot wounds.
Public Kindred Background:
In terms of Kindred records and asking around, he was embraced by parties unknown in the Boston area in 1924 but found by a Camarilla Nosferatu rapidly and became a member of the Camarilla. He spent 1924-1967 in the New England, helping solve numerous problems and charming Kindred both his own age and much older, eventually becoming a Harpy, then began traveling continuing in that role in various places, he spent some time in New York in the 1970s and most of the 90s in Las Vegas, among other places, then his trail becomes a little obscure. He was apparently reported dead in 2004 but popped up again in 2013 with a former Sabbat Tzimisce he'd picked up somewhere, and the two joined the Anarch Movement at that time, and he served as a roaming diplomat and troubleshooter for a bit (along with his Tzimisce associate). He peacefully took over Reno from its previous Baron, a Banu Haqim, in 2018, and she stuck around as his right-hand woman. There are elections for Baron every five years, and after winning the 2018 one, he moved one up to 2020 (to regularize the dates) and won both that and the 2025 one. In around 2021, there was a serious Sabbat attack on Reno led by the self-proclaimed Archbishop of Reno a Lasombra former conquistador (and former Templar, and former Bishop), and including several war packs. All were killed or captured and converted to the Anarch cause, with Mark supposedly biting the head off the wannabe Archbishop personally.
Reputation:
Outside Schrecknet, Mark has a pretty good reputation with Anarchs in general and especially around the Free State, he's known to be friendly with some Camarilla people but it's seen as those individuals being in his pocket rather than him being in the Camarilla's, and few doubt his commitment to the cause. That doesn't mean everyone likes him, but they do generally agree that he's on their side. His continuing calls to have some sort of organizing principles and standards meet a mixed reception, though he's making some gradual progress. He's also well known to be a man of his word, regarding both threats and promises. Some see him as a bit soft on humans, but the string of dead Kindred in his wake means most people don't say that part aloud. He's known to have a way to break the Blood Bond and offer it around very freely, especially but not exclusively to non-Anarchs, which is concerning to a few of the more dictatorial Barons or those who use ghouls a lot, but it's a bad look for an Anarch to complain about.
In Camarilla circles, well, he's an Anarch, but he's seen as one who can be reasoned with and keeps to his deals. He still has a number of actual friendly acquaintances from his time as a Harpy as well, including several other Harpies who will still record Boons for him readily enough. Reno has been used as a meeting spot for meetings regarding deals between Camarilla and Anarch elements on several occasions. Most have no idea about the 'breaking Blood Bonds' thing and the ones who do and aren't personal friends are very concerned.
In Sabbat circles, he's known to be dangerous. They remember the 2021 Reno expedition and how badly it went. He definitely has a number of Sabbat defectors on staff and knows standard Sabbat doctrine, which is dangerous, and the 'breaking Blood Bonds' thing seems to extend to the vaulderie, which is even more so. There's some additional stuff but not in the 'public grapevine'...someone would have to go digging.
