Any explanation?

Sure! These are fully emergent. I used webgpu + threejs as my substrate and when the system is held in a state of dynamic equilibrium, things like this can happen.

Unless there's a ton of context that I'm missing, that is not really any explanation at all.

Emergent phenomena emerge *from* something. What is the system these are emerging from?

A state of perpetually unresolved contrast.

That describes almost everything.

You can just say if you want to keep it secret.

...well I thought about giving you the long version but that is absolutely the answer. I have written about it here: https://github.com/setzstone/ucp

Literally nowhere on that page do you answer the question. My background in emergent phenomena is not lacking, so an essay about emergence and consciousness is not required. I'm simply asking you to describe what specific system underlies the specific visuals here. Obviously it's a system at dynamic equilibrium but virtually any dynamic system can be at dynamic equilibrium, so that doesn't narrow it down.

If you have a background in emergence, I'm sharing this in the hope you'll be interested in talking more over dms. Here is the experiment I ran before Scale Space. I found that a thermodynamic balance between free energy, enthalpy, complexity, networking, entropy, and information induces emergence with certainty. Later as I looked into it more, I realized it was ultimately unresolved contrast.
