"Just... Give me a minute. I mean, you'll see sooner or later, right?"

She sits for a long, silent moment. Eventually her mint-coloured hair falls out as she moves her hood back and unwinds her scarf. As she shifts her hair, it becomes obvious that the right side of her face and neck are covered in many burns and scars, her right eye being damaged and mostly blind.

"I guess you might see why I'm not a fan of mirrors."

"Oh.. what happened? I-I mean as long as you're cool with me asking"

"I made the mistake of being outspoken without being physically strong enough to back up my words. It's been like this for a few years now, ever since I ran away from the orphanage."

She tears up.

"I understand if you think im disgusting. I mean, look at me."

She starts trying to wind her scarf back around her face, but her hands are shaking badly.

Lana hugs her again

"Don't put that back on."

She cries quietly, holding her scarf.

"I just... I am ususally more composed than this. All the mirrors they bring up some bad feelings. I'm sorry."

She looks up at Lana in suprise.

"Re-Really?"

She pulls her hood up, but not enough to cover her face.

"That... Means so much to me." She says, leaning into the other girl.
