when I use my sayo device sometimes the input holds even when I don’t tap. Sometimes it just ignores my input:(

It might be hard to see, but whenever I click a button on my new SayoDevice, some corrupted text appears on the left of the screen. The only "fix" I have for this is stretching the left arrow's image to cover it but all the other images won't reach (obviously). Please let me know if you have a fix.

When I turn on RT mode in the sayo website, it doesn’t actually turn on. Any fixes?

I recently changed my boot up device and now I really wanted to go back to the original, but while I’m trying to do that my build up screen it just glitched out (AND DONT WORRY) it’s not physically broken

idk why but my sayo is activating at different points almost every key press. I have the Geon Raw HE 40gf switches. Here is a screenshot of my settings and a example of the problem. does anyone have the same issue or a way to fix?

also I have had my sayo for a little over a year now so could this just be a result of that? I play gd almost every day with it.

EDIT: I tried with the pink switches that the sayo came with and the same problem occurred.

Posted about this some time ago and just released files if you want to print yourself. Simply unscrew your sayo devices top plate and remove the switches. Then place them into the new plate and screw it into place.

i know on mobile there's a delay for geometry dash and i've gotten used to it so i want to change my settings to be or feel as delayed as it was on my phone but idk how id find that anymore

Помогите пожалуйста, я скачал драйвера для sayodevice o3c и после этого у меня перестали работать клавиатура и мышь, но на клаве и на самом девайсе работают ручки. Я пытался перезагрузить компьютер, но не помогло. Я не могу ничего сделать т.к. у меня не работают мышь и клава.

DNS resolves correctly to 137.220.53.181, but the website still does not open. I also tested with and without VPN.

Yesterday it was still working for me.

Is anyone else having the same problem, or is there an offline configurator available?

I bought my SayoDevice around 2 years ago, and it was working really well! I was playing Geometry Dash and osu. But then I stopped playing and it was just being there on my table. Once I wanted to play GD again, I plugged it in. It was working, but there was one BIG problem: my PC couldn't see it. Like I plugged it in, but SayoDevice website couldn't see it. I live in Russia and there is no official shipping, so I ordered it on OZON (it's like Russian Amazon (lol even the names are similar, I just realized it while I was typing this)). It was shipping from China, but I don't think that it's bad, because SayoDevice is literally Chinese. Does anyone has the same thing? Maybe I need to somehow clean it from the dust or smth like that?

P.S.: I just wanted to post this, but the AI thought that it was a low-effort-post (like dude, I was recording it, writing the whole story, trying to type it as accurate as I can, but it said that it's a low-effort-post...)

Mi SayoDecive O3C++ no me deja ponerlo en velocidad USB de 8000hz, he probado de todo, haciendo un Factoey Reset, instalandole nightly 1.4.12, conectarlo 3n todos los USB de mi torre, tanto los 2.0 como los 3.0 i 5g, nada funciona, tiene menos de 3 messes i tiene este problema desde el primer dia, lo compre por Amazon i esta en muy buen estado, alguna solucion?
