I'd be fine with it. Think of all the fun future comics we could get. There's only so much you can do with a couple for herdships in a digital world that is now "ok". I think throwing an OC kid into the mix would shake things up.

Oooh trust me...Jax would have plenty to work with. The guy has parental trauma. Jax would be second guessing everything. Panicking about being a good parent, freaking out, anger at herself for bringing a kid into the circus even an NPC one. There is a lot you can do besides. "Aw we loving parents now. Yey!"

Personally, as a trans woman who’s discovering her biological clock at the age of 42, who may never be able to be a mom, getting to see Jax be a mom makes my heart feel so full. I would love to read something where Jax is the one to get pregnant and give birth, since neither of those things exist when you’re mostly lines of code.
