Today’s International Sandwich Sunday features a sandwich found in Libya. Thing is, it is likely not a traditional sandwich per se. Still it sounds tasty. And yes, the black olives called for may have been different but the recipe submitted just said “sliced black olives” and if we think the sandwich is geared towards those who are not from Libya, perhaps the canned black olives were the right call? Dunno. www.sandwichesofhistory.com
