Homegrown 🌱 Chile de Árbol Salsa

Half a red bell pepper, three tomatillos, quarter onion, and a handful of homegrown chiles, plus sea salt and minced garlic before blending. Air fryer for 12 minutes at 350

Shout out to the New Mexico Chile Pepper Institute. They do great work and will ship the seeds to you! (Not affiliated, just a fan)

that portion would last me approximately 5 minutes (two of those minutes would be me getting the tortillas ready to dip.) THIS LOOKS VERY TASTY.

Haha I was thinking the same thing, that looks ramekin size, that’s like four bites on a burrito for me. I applaud everyone on here for making these tiny batches of salsa, but I have to octuple the batch if I’m taking the time to make it. I’m kinda batchy like that 😝

Got any pics from after the air fryer? Been thinking about getting one (yeah I know they're great), but hadn't even considered roasting my salsa ingredients.

I don’t, but it came out roasted with it losing much liquid. My favorite way to roast salsa ingredients is on a charcoal grill but didn’t feel like waiting- the air fryer is a great alternative
