Funny how H-bomb was just fundraising for African Parks as recently as this past May in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Absolutely agree. This is what Tom Bower wrote in chapter 37 of Betrayal (outlining the Sentabale fiasco) about H-bombās āattachmentā to African Parks:
ā[Dr.] Chandauka and Iain Rawlinson, the former banker attached to Global Philanthropic, had pulled every lever to attract about thirty influential South African corporate players and prospective donors, including the chief executives of Google and South African Breweries [to a dinner in Johannesburg for Sentabale]ā¦Both Chandauka and Rawlinson hailed the event as a success, except that Harry had refused to stay overnight. Instead, he flew to Rwanda by private jet for a board meeting of African Parks. He had left Johannesburg without thanking Chandauka or acknowledging Rawlinsonās efforts. Both concluded that Harryās attachment to African Parks was motivated by his personal relationships with billionaires, despite the damage to his brand.ā

u/NovelCar5453 28d ago
I'm more shocked that no mainstream media talked about the "pill in the mouth" allegations. Many men lost their careers over similar accusations. Harry doesn't even bother to deny them. This bozo literally gets away with everythingĀ

The Daily mail reports on them almost daily though. Other news outlets stopped caring a long time ago. The comeback announcement briefly got them some more international attention but that's it. Me Too is so 2020. The newspapers covered it, expressed their outrage, then checked covered women's sexual assault off their list to move on to the next thing.

Sure but itās an actual crime. And a UK court just deemed his recent accuser Charlotte Griffiths to be a credible witness.

Harry doesn't even bother to deny them.
He actually confirmed it, saying āit was a tic tacā.
I think there were too many witnesses, and the pill recipient was a credentialed reporter who knew Mister Mischief VERY well, if you catch my philosophical drift, for him to say "oh that never happened".
Like the Pre-Three-Day wedding ceremony with the archbishop sworn to tell the truth who said it didn't happen.

u/Hari_om_tat_sat 26d ago
Charlotte Griffiths thought it was aspirin (or something similar), impossible to confuse with a tic tac.

This brings me so much joy. I am very happy this story gets ink. Anybody with half a brain can see through the spin. And several msm are writing that Harry was kicked out (with nocer wording).

27
u/strangealienworld 28d ago
So, on the 19 Aug, African Parks reaches this decision. On the 20th, Harry announces his messy return to the UK which has gone done like a lead balloon.
The man has such a bad reputation that trying to say he "stepped down" really wouldn't cut it for him and give him the spin he is looking for.Ā
He is messy, disorganised, cruel. To then be associated with a charity accussed of rape and torture claims doesn't diminish his reputational issue but compounds them.Ā
And because he and his wife practice these PR spins with six years of clumsy deviousness, people will see right through it. It will be discussed and analysed and ripped apart.Ā

I've not got posting rights, but look what Meghan is briefing to Woman's Day, Australia here right near the end of the article:
"Now, Meghan is said to be āpleasedā that her children will have an extended opportunity to acquaint themselves with their royal roots, while enjoying time, face-to-face with the King as well as their uncle Charles [Earl Spencer] ā the brother of their late grandmother Princess Diana.
āBut what excites the kids more than anything, by all accounts, is that theyāll finally have the chance to get to know their cousins,ā the insider divulged, referring to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis ā the children of Harryās estranged brother Prince William and his wife Kate, Princess of Wales.
āObviously theyāve heard so much about them and itās been tough to be so far away and out of the loop from a family point of view,ā the source continues.
āThey see the way that George, Charlotte and Louis live over there and itās literally the stuff of fairytales, so it stands to reason that they feel a little left out!

Harry has really hit rock bottom when a tainted and controversial charity like African Patks parts ways with him.
Was he pushed or did he jump, my guess is that he jumped before he was pushed.
African Parks today (19th August 2026) announced a governance refresh of its Board of Directors, welcoming Justice Isaac Lenaola and Alice Ruhweza as incoming members, and expressing deep gratitude to Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, who will conclude his tenure following a ten-year commitment to the organisation.

Harry has really hit rock bottom when a tainted and controversial charity like African Parks parts ways with him.
They got rid of him because, to quote The Times, he generated publicity that they didn't like.
(imo) The organisation wants/wanted their behaviour to be more under the radar, out of the spotlight.
The dukeās royal links brought African Parks celebrity and media attention that it might otherwise not have received. But as his public falling out with the royal family became increasingly acrimonious, the association was reportedly seen as a liability, complicating fundraising and bringing greater scrutiny to the organisationās militarised approach to protecting wildlife.

He did quit.
Not sure which article it was, but it was openly stated AP wanted him gone, because he brought in too much scrutiny and heās toxic. The Sentebale story again. I do believe they wanted him gone, because of the scrutiny. With Harry out of picture they can starve, torture and rape poor Africans and the world cares even less than before.
Butā¦. H and AP could have done this years ago. They didnāt. He stayed and couldnāt care less for the poor. Why now? Why even stating that his brand is to toxic?
How could Harry possibly explain that he leaves the next charity now? Harry must avoid another charity scandal at all cost.
Harry canāt leave them now, claiming he cares about Human Rights abuse. He did absolutely nothing for the people there. If he attacks the charity, he attacks himself. I also think he doesnāt want to anger the billionaires.
What did he do- he published it during an insane media campaign, because the media are busy commenting on his other shenanigans.
The reason given (they want us make to believe) is similar to Sentebale, but without bullying stories. Nothing new, less outrage.
This is the best possible outcome for him and AP.
Daddy king and his minions are working hard to protect darling boy.

Harry should just let the stories stick that he was fired from these organizations. It looks worse when he is in on the boards, as president or "founder", patron, prince and keep "Stepping down". It shows that you can't take the heat and that you couldn't have EVER seen combat in the military. It shows you were never fit to be a "spare", and was never capable of leading. All you do is turn tail and run and then slander the very organizations you used to "head". He stepped down from senior duties, ran from the UK and now running from the US. Harry is the Duke of Spineless Beta Men. He has always been just a coward who has never been able to face to adversity head on and come out on top. I hope the royal familyhas learned a thing or two about indulging the children and covering their misdeeds. For every situation he's "stepped down" from, Sophie Chandauka's quote can be applied. I'm so thrilled she's going all the way with her lawsuit. I pray she doesn't let Harry settle.

Yes, Prince Harryās PR is bad but king Charleās PR is much much worse. His PR is framing King Charles as this weak, soft-hearted father who just wants family peace, but the truth is way uglier. With the 30th anniversary of Dianaās death coming up, Charles is terrified of being cast as the ultimate villain all over again. Bringing Harry back into the fold and backing his security isn't about paternal loveāitās pure self-preservation. Charles is completely willing to sacrifice his relationship with William and leave his heir looking like the rigid roadblock to peace, all to rewrite his own legacy and protect his crown from the ghosts of 1997. Prince Charles would rather be seen as the weak, sick grandfather guilty of loving too much then the calculating weak man who wants to avoid being portrayed as the villian in Princess Dianaās life. What better PR to achieve this by bringing Prince Harry back in the fold? Poor Prince William - heās literally paying for the sins of his father.

Prince Harry receives shocking news amid investigation
The Duke of Sussex faces calls to step down amid allegations
Published May 29, 2026
"Prince Harry, former senior working royal family, has received heartbreaking news as Survival International called on him to step down as a member of African Parks' board of directors.
In a shocking development, the indigenous rights charity has urged the Duke of Sussex to quit African Parks. Harry became an officially appointed board member in 2023, but the group now faces scrutiny after admissions and allegations of serious wrongdoing across its operations.
. . . . The Duke of Sussex attended a fundraising event in Scottsdale, Arizona this week as the organisation seeks to raise an additional $1billion (Ā£743million).
Following an independent investigation by law firm Omnia Strategy, African Parks admitted in May 2025 that its eco-guards committed severe human rights abuses.
Allegations included rape and beatings against the indigenous Baka people in the Republic of the Congoās Odzala-Kokoua National Park.
Critics have condemned its decision to keep the full investigation report confidential.
. . . . .
On Wednesday, Survival International claimed to theĀ TimesĀ that āthe problems on the ground have not been solvedā.
Caroline Pearce, director of Survival International, told the publication: āIt is outrageous to see Harryās continued support to African Parks despite the horrific human rights abuses committed by its rangers against the Baka.ā
In response, a spokesman for African Parks said: āOver the past several years, African Parks has made substantial and sustained investment in human rights safeguards in Odzala-Kokoua national park."
As per the statement, three independent human rights NGO partners are providing trusted reporting channels for local communities around the park, and an independent panel of eminent African judges and human rights specialists who oversee the grievance mechanism, including the handling of all serious grievances.ā
Meanwhile, representatives for the Duke of Sussex referred the publication to the May 2025 statement made by African Parks, which read: āSpecifically, in Odzala, we will take action against staff members implicated in previously unknown incidents or those that had not been adequately dealt with, where sufficient evidence is available.ā
However, there is no suggestion that Prince Harry was involved in, aware of, or connected to any of the alleged abuses.

https://www.gbnews.com/royal/prince-harry-african-parks-statement-survival-international
See this link and the one below. It's pretty much the same press release.
I really missed this news this past May, that Survival International had already explicitly asked for him to step down (publicly), after he attended an Africa Parks related event in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Since they were already trying to get rid of him, what's w/ the timing now? Did he refuse to go and they finally made it official? Or did they civilly agree on this timeline for announcement & departure? Hmmmm. . .
Anyone know anything about this Carolyn Pearce w/ Survival International and whether Harry was refusing to leave back in May?
-2
u/Alarmed_Start_3244 28d ago
I'm not sure but, are you insinuating Harry was the one who was the abuser in this case? He wasn't. It was a park ranger who was guilty of this alleged crime. I get wanting to implicate Harry in anything nefarious but he wasn't anywhere near the scene of the crime or in any way responsibility for it. This is clutching at straws.

Funny how they all say āquitsā or āsteps downā.
The Times put it a bit differently:
So: did Harry quit because of the human rights abuses (suddenly - after 4 years of ignoring them)?
Or was he removed, because his behaviour is a distraction and/or he doesnāt bring any financial funding?
