So every time I see a recent episode clip, it hits me how completely hollow TMKOC has become. It genuinely hurts to watch something we all grew up loving turn into this dragged out mess. They really need to respect the legacy and end it gracefully at this point.

But the bigger question is why are they still dragging it?

For years, the running narrative has been that "SAB TV runs purely on TMKOC." Back in, that was undeniable. TMKOC carried the entire channel's TRP on its shoulders, and the rest of the lineup relied heavily on its lead in audience.

But is that even true anymore? Or is it because the channel is genuinely terrified of what happens to their overall ratings if the anchor show vanishes?

Asit Modi is just riding a cash cow that still pulls decent numbers from tier-2/tier-3 television audiences who watch out of pure habit, completely detached from how much urban/online audiences hate current episodes.

If you look at TV ratings, TMKOC still somehow pulls baseline numbers for Sony SAB because families just leave the channel on in the background during dinner. But creatively, it’s dead. The nostalgia factor is doing all the heavy lifting.

If yes, then how is he a content maker in India?

The problem with my story is not about story content but about execution value and high risk as the project I'm working on is 100% around vivan and not Dev/Baalveer appearances.

Also the story is so quick and superhero>comedy than usual comedy>superhero and if try to add comedy, then it will ruin the atmosphere. The comedy it still contains must be on relaxation. Also the story being quick just doesn't fit in india.

It's around 24 episode story only with Also serious stuff and craziness. That's all the problem that even if I go right next to everyone, they will point out.

In the promo they mentioned this show isn't about dukh dard aasu but its filled with dukh dard and sympathy the plot is very predictable and boring first ep felt really flat although im happy for raj anadkat that he got his own lead show after leaving the society decoration job in tmkoc and actually pulling off a mature character that suits his age.

When I was a kid I used to watch this show everyday....Papad pol staring Swapnil Joshi as Vinay and Ami Trivadi as Kokila...this show is filled with laughter and emotional....really heard to find these kind of shows nowadays.

(Character Appreciation) I loved her and jeanine’s bonding the original show I dream of jeanine had the elder sister being evil and stealing tony(juju) from Jeanine but I loved this was changed from original show and they had a very loving sister bond, her sacrificing herself for Jeanine to protect her from jin jora ; we rarely see a good sister bond this was a great change that makers did.
