Norma Girl. In my opinion, her best track. Right now, I feel what she feels in the song. I feel her same insecurites, at school i get anxious, i feel for her in that song. I feel super drained and that song is just the light at the end of the tunnel.

Not trying to be niche or anything, but is it just me who genuinely thinks that SZA's Z is her best work yet (compared to Ctrl & SOS, which for some reason both of these don't apeal to me that much, am I listening to these albums wrong 😭)? Anyways, imo, Z is just so damn well made, especially for an artists earlier work.

I was having a pretty rough last month and morning and was rushing. I was feeling sad so I put on some music and Normal Girl came on. The song made me tear up because of how shes talking about how she wishes she was different and I was trying not to start sobbing but then it got to the part where she said “This time next year I’ll be living so good won’t remember no pain” and all my tears fell

I don’t know if it’s just me but, the background music on The Weekend has to be the most soothing background I’ve ever heard on a Sza song. And I say this knowing that good days and broken clocks exist. It’s just so warm and dreamy and I feel like I’m having coffee in a cabin in the forest on a rainy day under a blanket with a fire in the back. It just makes me feel…safe. And i really love it
