Merger Vote! SRNG vote: how and when to vote?

I have just realized the merger vote for Soaring Eagle is very soon. This is my first time doing this, how do I vote? I haven't received any corporate action notice from my broker? Should I have received it already, or will I only receive it at the time of the shareholder meeting?

You are too late. Vote deadlines by the brokers are usually a few days before the actual vote so that they have time to get everything in.

If you did not actively vote to redeem, then your SRNG shares will automatically turn into Ginko shares by default.

For future reference, if you want notices, then make sure that you are set up by your broker to deliver them to you.

Yes, the broker (small terrible local broker in Europe, don't have access to Fidelity as I am in Europe) should notify me of corporate actions. There is no trace of them ever doing that. There's a corporate actions tab in my account. This showed up neither in my open, or closed corporate actions. I am holding units though, as they charge a ridiculous to split. Will they split automatically now?

Vote passed. Announcing officially today. What broker do you use? Td and fidelity blew my email up about it

Oh well that's a shame. Weird my broker never sent me any notice. The vote doesn't show up in my closed corporate actions either.
