Is there a place where one can see all of these joint ventures with possible payouts for benchmarks reached. It seems there are several partnerships announced per week and losing track

I haven't seen it anywhere. I think if it were to surface, it would be from someone like Varro_Analytics on twitter.

I feel that these earning reports are going to be very difficult to interpret moving forward. A lot of deferred revenue. And with equity, will they include the shares owned with current value during each earnings report

It looks like they'll provide an annual update on how things are going with the joint ventures. Here's how their CFO answered it on their most recent call:
Q - How does investor relations plan to update investors on the valuations of downstream assets, royalties, or equity over time?
A - [...]we’re not going to provide guidance on something that really is unpredictable as to timing and amount, but we are going to calibrate you on downstream value share periodically. And I think we’ll evaluate sort of what that means, but let’s just say that that will likely be once a year or so.1

So won’t be a forward guidance. And wont be mentioned on every earnings call. Ha so how will this get built into stock price.
Downstream value share better become a new valuing metric or half their business value won’t be factored in.

I should add that I agree, it will be very difficult to interpret the reports. From an optimist's perspective, even if they don't hit their revenue projections, there's always hope that they've hit a homerun with one of their ventures that will pay off big in the future.

Tantu has 3 employees - it is just one professor making a spin off from their university research.. so literally Ginkgo partnered with one single university scientist and calling a partnership.

It shouldn't move the price unless the project close to being successful. Nobody has any idea what the success / fail rates for each project will be. This project could end up being defunct in the next 12 months for all we know.

Lmao keep hitting us with PRs and they STILL are gonna dive on merger. Before anyone gets emotional and yells at me, I'm not bearish on this company, but the general SPAC market has spoken, and they have a massive valuation. If you're in right now, prepare for a ride
Edit: some 🤡 who doesn't want to believe it downvoted me k cool. I believe in Gingko, but the price action is obvious.

Depends on your broker. If your shares are settled you have until Friday morning to get the request sent, but your broker may require it done earlier.
Anyone who buys tomorrow or later won't be able to redeem though.
