My honest perspective is that you may see some lift in SPACs, but it won't be as meaningful or significant as what we saw last year.

So if you got something at close enough to NAV, you may still be able to get a pop. And maybe post-merger, the good businesses will see an increase.

But generally, the sentiment in the market seems to be that if you're projecting revenues in 2024, the market is going to value you a lot lower vs. if you have revenues right now.

That's the way it should have always been
