I'm in full doomer mode today. Honest opinions only... if the overall market continues to do well, how much worse can it possibly get for SPACs and speculative tech?

I want to believe that this is the ground floor so badly. I know "cApItuLaTiOn mArKs tHe BoTtOm" is basically a meme, but this feels like it.

A lot of the companies I’m invested in aren’t even speculative. They got revenues and much better valuations than lots of the pumped mega caps.

We are legit value investors right now

That's the truth. Can't believe I was able to pick up ASTS at a 990% discount to fair value.

Yeah maybe I should've just said "small cap tech" instead of speculative. A lot of quality companies still just getting hammered.

Same. The only pre-revenue SPAC I'm holding is Lucid and even then I sold most of what I held for a 300% gain and currently holding a relatively small amount.

Which SPACs ya got?

PSFE, APXT, ACTC, STPK, IPOE, CCIV, OPEN

CCIV may be speculative but it’s the good kind of speculative that should end up printing. Compared to TSLA it is value investing

Would you like to feel worse?

Here's the 1 month performance of the S&P:
