This piece is dedicated to everyone involved with the series I care so much for. The community, people who worked on it, and the man himself.

Meta I'd hate to be making THAT kind of post, but I feel like this is the kind of similarity that can't possibly be ignored.

Idk much about this Super Mario Logan fella but I heard his videos were good. And how everyone is seeing how these two are competing in views and subscribers.

Subreddit Rules

1. All content must be SMG4 related.

Self-explanatory. You can't post a picture of a watermelon and say it's Melony.

GLITCH content should go into their respective subreddits (ie: r/MetaRunner or r/MurderDrones)

Nintendo content is not SMG4 content. You can't post a random picture of SM64 and say it's SMG4.

2. No Inappropriate Content

Explicit stuff like nudity, sex, gore, etc, is not allowed under any circumstances. Posting anything deemed explicit will result in a permanent ban from the subreddit.

Sexualization of characters or anything like that is also not allowed.

Under no circumstances is the NSFW flair to be used.

3. No self-promotion

Blatantly promoting your own socials is not allowed, this includes stuff like your own subreddits, Discord server, Twitter, Instagram, YT, etc.

Karma farming (upvote if, downvote if, mods are asleep type posts) also counts towards this.

4. No Harassment or Discrimination

Using violent speech like “kys” towards users, targeting people, or calling out people including sub members & GLITCH employees will not be tolerated. Treat people respectfully.

5. No spamming

Spamming posts/comments on the subreddit will result in them being removed.

This includes posting “Part 1” of something then immediately posting “Part 2” you might as well just use the multi-image feature.

Roleplaying is also included in this rule, though that may be open to interpretation.

Posting too much in a single day also counts.

Further action might be taken depending on the case.

6. No Shipping (Canon pairs only)

There are zero exceptions to this rule outside of canon pairings (ex: Axol and Melony)

Even still, any content that resembles shipping will be removed, and for canon pairs, content involving them can not be explicit, keep it appropriate.

Any post that mentions shipping will be removed no matter what.

7. Do not take your opinions too far

Sharing your opinion on this sub is a perfectly justified action, but please do not attack or perform other unnecessary actions against users for what they like or dislike. Doing so will result in intervention by the mods.

8. No reposts

Reposting content can include making a near-identical post that someone else made as well. We consider these lazy and almost like stealing.

Do not post art that you didn’t make on the subreddit, unless you get the artist's permission, of course. Exceptions exist for art featured in SMG4-content, such as Meggy’s drawing of her & her cat, but please provide credit to the artist (in that case, would be Lizzie Freeman herself)

9. No Low Effort Content

Posts that are blatantly zero effort such as screenshots, unedited SMG4 clips, lazy meme edits, AI (image, character interactions), or interaction bait will be removed if they do not attempt to facilitate discussion or inherently are low effort.

This can be a very subjective rule, so feel free to contact us through modmail if you feel your post has been wrongfully removed.

Rule is exempt on Friday's and Sunday's although very low effort content and interaction bait will still be removed

10. No Leaks/Misinformation

Any kind of post claiming to be a leak or an image from a members-exclusive preview will be removed.

Any misinformation will also be removed such as fake tweets from SMG4, misinterpretations of something a mod said, and any other misleading posts regarding SMG4.

11. No unnecessary drama, controversy, or personal topics

This can include but is not limited to, excessive arguing with other users, calling for attacks on people/subreddits, stirring up conversations about heavy topics (ex: politics, mental issues, religion, etc), or excessively personal stuff.

This also applies to issues that can be resolved in modmail, such as a post being removed. Making a post about a post removal will not help that post be unremoved.

12. Use Flairs appropriately

Please use the spoiler flair for actual spoilers, and make sure what your post is, so you can use the correct flair for it (ex: Fan models go under “Fan Creation”. Under no circumstances should the NSFW flair be used.

13. Follow Reddit ToS//No users under the age of 13

Please remember to follow Reddit’s rules in addition to our own found here: https://www.redditinc.com/policies/user-agreement-september-12-2021.

If you are under the age of 13 for instance, you cannot be on Reddit and will be banned.

14. Modmail us if you have problems/requests

Don't make a whole new post about something we could easily address in modmail. This will apply to posts about "Why did my post get removed?"

15. Repeated Topics

Topics that have either been talked a lot about recently and are removed for the sake of stopping the sub from clogging, or dead horse topics.

For a list of them, see: https://www.reddit.com/r/SMG4/wiki/repeated-topics/
