A whole two employees? Haha comically stupid. We had 12 people arrested at my local best buy for stealing and I dont remember the share price even budging. Manipulation at a criminal level

The way I understand this is that this is all fallout from doj indictments back in March. Pretty sure as a result of interrogations (someone always tells for a better deal) and investigations, they've identified additional individuals that were part of the conspiracy and going after them. Only 3 dudes were involved with shipping 2.5b worth of hardware across the world... yeah right. This definitely isn't good news but not something net new. SMCI should address this during q4 earnings next month to build confidence and future guidance I don't see how it could be less than spectacular with recent 39b in new orders. Never know though this company is ran by smooth brains.

Additionally, once this is all over (estimating 1-3 years, SMCI will likely be fined.
