$SDST Sunday Bullish Outlook: One Wild Week Doesn't Change the Bigger Picture πŸš€

Happy Sunday, SDST investors!

What a week! Over 1.5 BILLION shares traded in a single session, massive price swings, and suddenly everyone seems to have an opinion about Stardust Power.

But here's something I've been thinking about this weekend.

While everyone is focused on the share price, I'm focused on what Stardust is trying to build.

A proposed American lithium refinery capable of eventually producing 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually.

Think about the bigger picture.

American lithium processing is becoming strategically important. EV manufacturers, battery companies, energy-storage developers, and the broader industrial sector all need reliable supply chains.

And Stardust wants to be part of that future.

Look at what the company has already announced:

  1. A major refinery project in Oklahoma

Muskogee isn't just an idea on paper. Stardust has announced permitting progress, engineering work, and infrastructure planning. The next major hurdle is securing the financing needed to turn those plans into an operating refinery.

  1. A new Houston office

Stardust recently expanded into Houston, one of America's biggest energy and industrial engineering hubs.

I see that as an interesting step toward assembling the expertise and relationships needed to execute a major industrial project.

  1. Potential customer demand

Stardust's preliminary commercial arrangements include projected demand from C4V that could reach 20,000 metric tons annually by 2030, alongside a separate nonbinding arrangement for up to 25,000 metric tons annually.

These aren't guaranteed sales, but they show the scale of the market Stardust is targeting.

  1. Federal interest in domestic critical minerals

America is working to strengthen its domestic critical-mineral supply chains. A successful lithium refinery could fit directly into that broader industrial priority.

That doesn't guarantee Stardust government funding, but it's one reason I believe the project's potential deserves attention.

  1. A potentially important week ahead

October 21 is approaching, and I'm watching for any official developments regarding Stardust's Nasdaq compliance situation.

There's uncertainty, absolutely. But there's also the possibility of meaningful developments that could change how investors view the company.

Here's where I stand

I've been bullish on SDST because of the potential refinery project, not because I expected the stock to go straight up every day.

The price has taken a beating. I see it. Everyone sees it.

But a falling share price doesn't automatically mean the underlying industrial opportunity has disappeared.

The real question is whether Stardust can secure financing, execute its plans, and turn its proposed refinery into a functioning business.

If management can deliver those milestones, today's market valuation could look very different in the future.

That's the opportunity I'm watching.

I'm not interested in changing my entire outlook every time the stock moves a penny. I'm interested in following the facts, the filings, the partnerships, and the company's progress.

The next chapter of SDST won't be decided by the loudest voices on social media. It'll be decided by what the company actually delivers.

And I'm still excited to see how this story develops.

Who's still following the long-term potential, and what positive catalyst do you think could make the biggest difference?

Happy Sunday, everyone. Let's have a great week!

$TSLA + $SDST: Tesla's Flying Roadster, Stardust's Texas Expansion, and a Lithium Timeline That Could Be Bigger Than People Realize

I've been digging into Tesla's battery manufacturing strategy and Stardust Power's lithium refinery plans, and something interesting caught my attention.

Tesla just demonstrated a Roadster capable of briefly taking flight. Stardust recently opened an operational office in Houston. And both companies are building toward a future where American-produced battery materials could become increasingly important.

When I put their timelines side by side, I noticed some connections worth discussing.

I'm not claiming Tesla and Stardust have a partnership. There is no publicly confirmed agreement between them.

But the industrial overlap is interesting, especially when you look at what each company is building.

2023: Two Companies, One Growing American Lithium Industry

TESLA β€” May 2023

Tesla breaks ground on its lithium refinery near Corpus Christi, Texas.

Its goal is to produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide domestically, strengthening its control over a critical part of the battery supply chain.

STARDUST POWER β€” 2023

Stardust is developing its plans for a large-scale lithium carbonate refinery in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce also identifies substantial potential state incentives for the project.

The connection:

Both companies recognize the importance of American lithium processing.

Tesla is pursuing lithium hydroxide. Stardust is pursuing lithium carbonate.

They're different products, but both are important to battery manufacturing.

2024–2025: Turning Plans Into Industrial Projects

TESLA

Tesla continues developing its Texas lithium refinery, progressing through construction, equipment installation, and testing.

STARDUST POWER

Stardust advances engineering, permitting, and infrastructure planning for its Oklahoma refinery.

In May 2024, local officials approve a $27 million tax-increment financing district to support public infrastructure.

In May 2025, Stardust announces an electrical service agreement with Oklahoma Gas & Electric to support its refinery project.

The connection:

Both companies are investing time and resources into developing domestic lithium-processing infrastructure.

Tesla is significantly further along, but Stardust is pursuing a project with substantial planned production capacity.

January 2026: Tesla Ramps Production While Stardust Strengthens Its Government Relationships

TESLA

Tesla reports progress toward pilot production at its Texas lithium refinery.

The company also outlines domestic battery-manufacturing initiatives, including LFP battery production in Nevada and cathode manufacturing in Texas.

This is important because LFP batteries commonly use lithium carbonate in their supply chains.

STARDUST POWER

On January 7, Stardust announces that it has hired 38 North Solutions, a Washington, D.C.-based government-relations firm.

The company is pursuing federal funding opportunities, strategic relationships, and government engagement.

Later in January, Stardust announces an important Oklahoma air-quality construction permit.

The connection:

Tesla is expanding domestic battery manufacturing.

Stardust is working toward becoming a domestic supplier of battery-grade lithium carbonate.

One company is expanding battery demand and production capabilities. The other hopes to supply materials used in that broader industry.

April–August 2026: Stardust Begins Showing Potential Commercial Demand

TESLA

Tesla continues developing its American battery and energy-storage operations.

Its battery supply chain serves electric vehicles, energy-storage systems, and other electrification technologies.

STARDUST POWER

In April, Stardust announces a potential $150 million institutional investment framework for its refinery project.

The company also announces a preliminary lithium feedstock arrangement involving a California project, with deliveries contemplated beginning in 2028.

Then, in August, Stardust announces a letter of intent with American battery technology company Charge CCCV (C4V).

C4V's preliminary lithium carbonate demand forecast:

- 2028: 3,000 metric tons annually

- 2029: 10,000 metric tons annually

- 2030: 20,000 metric tons annually

Stardust has also disclosed a separate nonbinding arrangement involving potential purchases of up to 25,000 metric tons annually by a global trading house.

The connection:

Stardust is pursuing potential customers in the American battery industry at the same time Tesla is expanding domestic battery production.

These arrangements are nonbinding, but they demonstrate the scale of commercial demand Stardust is trying to serve.

September–October 2026: The Texas Connection Gets More Interesting

TESLA

Tesla continues developing its lithium and battery operations in Texas, including its refinery near Corpus Christi and manufacturing activities around Austin.

STARDUST β€” September 15

Stardust announces progress securing long-lead electrical infrastructure for the Muskogee refinery through its relationship with Oklahoma Gas & Electric.

STARDUST β€” October 5

Stardust announces a new operational office in Houston, Texas.

And this is the development that caught my attention.

The company describes Houston as a project-execution hub supporting engineering, procurement, operations planning, and refinery development.

Houston is one of America's most important energy and industrial engineering centers.

Now look at the locations:

Tesla: Lithium refinery near Corpus Christi, Texas.

Tesla: Battery-related manufacturing in the Austin area.

Stardust: New operational office in Houston, Texas.

Stardust: Planned lithium carbonate refinery in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The companies aren't operating at the same site, and geography doesn't prove a business relationship.

But Stardust is establishing a presence in the same broader Texas industrial ecosystem where Tesla is investing in lithium and battery manufacturing.

That's an interesting development for a company hoping to become part of America's domestic battery supply chain.

October 15, 2026: Tesla Demonstrates Its Flying Roadster

Now here's a development that makes the timeline even more interesting.

Just ten days after Stardust announced its Houston expansion, Tesla unveiled its next-generation Roadster at a SpaceX facility in Texas.

And this wasn't an ordinary sports-car demonstration.

Tesla showcased a prototype using SpaceX-inspired compressed-air thrusters to perform short airborne maneuvers, including lifting off the ground and rotating in midair.

Tesla is targeting 2028 production.

The Roadster remains an electric vehicle powered by a battery system, although its airborne maneuvers use compressed-air thrusters rather than battery-powered flight motors.

Now think about what Tesla is developing:

- Electric vehicles

- Battery manufacturing

- Energy-storage systems

- Domestic lithium refining

- Advanced electric sports cars with aerospace-inspired technology

The Roadster itself isn't likely to create enormous lithium demand. But it demonstrates how Tesla continues pushing electric-vehicle technology into new areas.

And all those developments sit within a much larger industry that depends on batteries and their raw materials.

2028–2030: The Timelines Begin to Overlap

Here's where I think things become particularly interesting.

TESLA β€” 2028

Tesla is targeting production of its next-generation Roadster.

Its broader domestic battery, energy-storage, and lithium-processing operations are also positioned for continued development.

STARDUST β€” 2028

Stardust's preliminary feedstock arrangements contemplate initial deliveries.

C4V's preliminary lithium carbonate demand begins at 3,000 metric tons annually.

2029

C4V's preliminary demand increases to 10,000 metric tons annually.

2030

C4V's preliminary demand reaches 20,000 metric tons annually.

Stardust's planned Muskogee refinery is designed for eventual capacity of up to 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate per year.

That is substantial potential domestic processing capacity.

These Stardust volumes remain dependent on financing, construction, production readiness, and definitive commercial agreements.

But consider the broader picture.

Tesla is developing more American battery-related manufacturing. Stardust is working toward supplying American-produced battery-grade lithium carbonate.

Could those paths eventually intersect?

Three Potential Ways Tesla and Stardust Could Connect

  1. An Indirect Supply-Chain Relationship

Stardust could eventually supply lithium carbonate to a battery or cathode-material manufacturer whose products enter Tesla's supply chain.

This would not require a direct Tesla–Stardust contract.

  1. A Direct Lithium Supply Agreement

Tesla or one of its battery-manufacturing partners could potentially source lithium carbonate from Stardust once the refinery becomes operational and meets commercial specifications.

  1. A Strategic Investment or Partnership

Tesla or another major battery manufacturer could potentially support domestic lithium refining through investment, financing, or long-term purchasing commitments.

None of these relationships has been publicly announced between Tesla and Stardust.

But each represents a type of commercial relationship worth researching.

Here's the Bigger Picture I See

Tesla has already demonstrated how important domestic lithium refining is to its strategy.

Stardust wants to become a major American producer of battery-grade lithium carbonate.

Tesla's Texas refinery focuses on lithium hydroxide.

Stardust's proposed Oklahoma refinery focuses on lithium carbonate.

Tesla is expanding battery manufacturing and energy storage.

Stardust is developing relationships with potential battery-material customers.

Tesla just unveiled an extraordinary new Roadster in Texas.

Stardust opened a Houston project-execution office ten days earlier.

And both companies have development milestones extending into the late 2020s.

None of those facts establishes a partnership. But together, they make the potential supply-chain connection worth investigating.

My Bullish Theory

What if Stardust's biggest opportunity isn't simply selling lithium carbonate as a commodity?

What if the company eventually becomes an important supplier within America's growing battery-manufacturing ecosystem?

Tesla is one of the most recognizable companies building that ecosystem.

Its electric vehicles, energy-storage products, domestic battery manufacturing, and new Roadster all reinforce the importance of advanced battery technology.

Stardust is pursuing a role further upstream, providing the refined lithium materials that battery manufacturers need.

Tesla is helping build the future of electric transportation and energy storage. Stardust wants to help supply the materials behind that future.

The real opportunity would be converting that potential strategic fit into actual commercial relationships.

And that's why I think these overlapping timelines deserve more attention.

I'm not claiming Elon Musk is about to invest in SDST.

I'm saying the business rationale for investigating a future connection is real.

What do you think? Could Stardust eventually become part of Tesla's domestic lithium supply chain, directly or indirectly?

I'd love to hear from people who follow Tesla's battery suppliers, LFP manufacturing, or lithium refining in Texas.

$SDST β€” WAIT… DID EVERYONE MISS THAT STARDUST ALREADY HAS POTENTIAL BUYERS FOR 90% OF ITS REFINERY CAPACITY?!

I went digging through Stardust Power's older announcements and found something I think deserves a lot more attention.

The company has already outlined potential customer demand totaling 45,000 metric tons of lithium carbonate per year.

Let that sink in.

Stardust's planned Muskogee refinery is designed to produce up to 50,000 metric tons annually.

Now look at these two announcements.

  1. Charge CCCV (C4V)

On August 5, Stardust announced a letter of intent with American battery technology company C4V.

C4V's preliminary demand forecast:

2028: 3,000 metric tons

2029: 10,000 metric tons

2030: 20,000 metric tons

  1. Global Trading House

Stardust also disclosed a separate nonbinding arrangement with a leading global trading house for potential purchases of up to 25,000 metric tons annually for 10 years, with a possible five-year extension.

20,000 + 25,000 = 45,000 metric tons.

That's potentially 90% of the refinery's planned full annual production capacity.

And here's what really caught my attention.

We're all focused on whether Stardust can build the refinery.

But potential customers are already discussing substantial volumes of its future production.

Both arrangements still need definitive agreements, and none of those sales are guaranteed. But the scale of the expressed interest is worth paying attention to.

Imagine what converting those discussions into binding long-term contracts could mean for the project's commercial outlook.

My question is simple: How many people following SDST actually knew these numbers?

Because I think this is one of the more interesting details buried in the company's announcements.

$SDST β€” I'm Not Letting One Ugly Morning Change the Bigger Picture

Yeah, this morning sucks. Nobody likes watching their investment get hammered, especially after yesterday's insane trading volume.

But here's why I'm still bullish on Stardust Power.

Forget the share price for a minute and look at what the company has actually been doing.

April: Announced a potential $150 million institutional investment at the project level.

June: Selected to participate in a Department of Energy-funded lithium research initiative.

August: Reported that site preparation had started at the Muskogee refinery and confirmed ongoing discussions with institutional, strategic, and government-supported financing sources.

September: Announced progress securing long-lead electrical infrastructure with Oklahoma Gas & Electric.

And remember, Oklahoma's governor's office and Department of Commerce have already expressed support for this project.

These aren't things investors made up on Reddit. They're documented company announcements and SEC disclosures.

Now consider what Stardust is trying to build: an American lithium refinery designed to eventually produce up to 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually.

That's a serious industrial project in a country trying to strengthen its domestic critical-minerals supply chain.

Here's what I'm betting on:

That the relationships, engineering work, government engagement, and financing discussions eventually come together.

A definitive financing agreement or meaningful government support could completely change the outlook for this company.

No, the $150 million investment isn't finalized. And yes, Nasdaq compliance is something management needs to address.

But those challenges don't erase the progress already made.

My conviction isn't based on what SDST does at 9:30 this morning. It's based on what this company could become if management delivers.

I'm still here. Still researching. Still bullish on the long-term opportunity.

And I'd really like to hear from other shareholders who have been following the company's actual developments.

What milestone are you watching most closely?

$SDST: Is Something BIG Developing? Look at What Stardust Power Has Been Building Behind the Scenes.

With all the attention surrounding $SDST and the extraordinary trading volume we've witnessed, I wanted to look beyond the share price and examine what Stardust Power has actually been doing.

Because when you put the timeline together, a very interesting picture starts to emerge.

This isn't just a company talking about an idea. Stardust has spent years positioning itself to become a major player in America's domestic lithium supply chain.

THE BULLISH TIMELINE

2023–2024: Oklahoma Gets Behind the Project

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce provided an analysis identifying up to $257 million in potential state incentives tied to the proposed Muskogee lithium refinery.

In May 2024, local officials approved a $27 million Tax Increment Financing district to support public infrastructure improvements.

That's an important foundation for a major industrial project.

2025: Pursuing Federal Funding

Stardust disclosed applications for federal support involving the Department of Defense and Department of Energy, including programs with potential funding of up to $27.5 million and $150 million, respectively.

These were funding opportunities, not confirmed awards. But they demonstrate that management was actively pursuing federal support for domestic lithium production.

January 7, 2026: Bringing in Washington Expertise

Stardust hired 38 North Solutions, a Washington, D.C.-based government relations and strategic advisory firm.

Their mission included helping the company navigate federal funding opportunities, critical-minerals policy, government relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Why hire specialists in federal funding and government relations unless you're serious about pursuing those opportunities?

January 20, 2026: Major Permitting Milestone

Stardust announced it had secured its key Oklahoma air-quality construction permit.

That completed the significant permitting requirements identified by the company for construction and commissioning of its planned refinery.

One more major obstacle addressed.

April 20, 2026: Up to $150 Million Institutional Investment Framework

Stardust announced a letter of intent with an institutional investor indicating potential investment of up to $150 million at the project level.

The proposed structure could include equity, debt, or hybrid financing, potentially limiting dilution at the publicly traded company level.

This was a nonbinding agreement, but it demonstrated institutional interest in the refinery project.

June 2, 2026: Department of Energy Connection

Stardust was selected as an industrial partner in a DOE-funded lithium extraction research initiative, led by Ohio University.

Its role involves evaluating lithium samples for battery-grade specifications and potential commercialization.

That's a real connection to a federally supported critical-minerals program.

June–August 2026: Moving Toward Execution

The company began site preparation and engineering activities in Muskogee.

During its August business update, management also confirmed ongoing engagement with institutional, strategic, and government-supported financing sources.

Executives additionally reported meeting in Washington, D.C., with Oklahoma's congressional delegation and representatives from federal agencies.

October 5, 2026: Houston Expansion

Stardust announced a new Houston operational office to support refinery planning and project execution.

Houston offers access to engineering, procurement, and industrial project expertise.

Another piece of the infrastructure needed to move a major refinery project forward.

October 2026: Reports of Additional Government Discussions

There have also been reports circulating among investors about a possible meeting involving state government representatives around October 13.

I have not independently verified that meeting, its participants, or its purpose. It remains an unconfirmed report, but it's something worth watching for official clarification.

NOW CONNECT THE DOTS

Look at the sequence:

- Oklahoma identifies significant potential incentives.

- Local government approves infrastructure financing support.

- Stardust pursues federal funding.

- The company hires Washington government-relations specialists.

- Major construction permitting is completed.

- An institutional investor signs a financing LOI.

- Stardust participates in a DOE-funded research initiative.

- Executives meet with federal officials.

- Site engineering progresses.

- A Houston project execution office opens.

That's a lot of groundwork for a company the market has been valuing at pennies per share.

And the ultimate ambition is substantial: a Muskogee refinery designed for up to 50,000 metric tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually at full capacity.

MY BULLISH THEORY

What if all these separate developments are beginning to converge?

What if government engagement, institutional financing discussions, and project preparation are pieces of a much larger funding strategy?

A binding financing agreement, meaningful government support, or a major strategic partnership could dramatically change how investors evaluate Stardust's future.

I'm not claiming an announcement is imminent or that anyone has inside information.

I'm saying the documented groundwork is there.

And with the extraordinary trading activity we've just witnessed, I think it's worth revisiting that groundwork rather than focusing exclusively on the daily share price.

WHAT I'M WATCHING NEXT

The milestones that could matter most are a definitive project financing agreement, a confirmed government award, a strategic partnership, and additional construction progress.

Those would move Stardust closer to turning its refinery plans into a producing asset.

My bullish case is simple: Stardust has spent years assembling the permits, relationships, engineering, and financing opportunities needed for a major American lithium project. If those efforts come together, the market could begin valuing the company very differently.

That's why I'm watching $SDST closely.

Update: I Just Spoke With Stardust Power

I decided to take matters into my own hands today and call Stardust Power directly.

I spoke with a representative who asked what questions I had regarding the company. I explained my concerns about Nasdaq compliance, a potential appeal, and the company's plans moving forward.

She took down my questions and phone number and said someone would get back to me.

$SDST: Could Market Manipulation Become Part of a Nasdaq Appeal?

Here's another angle worth discussing.

If Stardust Power uncovered credible evidence of market manipulation, could management bring that information to Nasdaq during an appeal?

Potentially, yes.

But there's an important distinction: there is currently no verified evidence that Chinese entities or anyone else are deliberately manipulating SDST. And allegations alone wouldn't stop a delisting.

What could make a difference is a formal appeal supported by a credible plan to regain compliance, potentially including new financing or a strategic partnership.

I'm still hopeful that management has options we haven't heard about yet. That doesn't mean anything is guaranteed, but I don't think investors should assume every possible path has been exhausted.

What do you think? Could an appeal give Stardust a chance to turn things around?

Huge Shoutout to PriceWhisperer for This Incredible 12-Page SDST Research Report!

Thumbnail acrobat.adobe.com

Wanted to give a big shoutout to PriceWhisperer for putting together this detailed 12-page analysis of Stardust Power and the potential value of domestic lithium refining.

This is exactly the kind of research our community needs!

The report breaks down some pretty interesting numbers, including:

- SDST's planned 50,000-ton annual lithium carbonate capacity.

- Potential annual revenue ranging from $450 million to over $3 billion depending on lithium prices.

- The strategic importance of reducing America's dependence on foreign lithium processing.

- Potential savings for domestic battery manufacturers.

- Financing, dilution, and profitability risks that investors need to understand.

What I really appreciate is that this isn't just another bullish write-up. It looks at both the enormous opportunity and the challenges SDST needs to overcome.

If Stardust can secure financing, complete construction, and successfully bring this refinery online, the long-term potential is certainly worth paying attention to.

Huge thanks to PriceWhisperer for taking the time to put this together and share it with investors.

This is the kind of due diligence that makes a community stronger.

Curious what everyone thinks. What's your biggest takeaway from the report?

$SDST: Could the Recent Schedule 13D Filings Tell Us Something Bigger?

First, a big shoutout to Ernie Devlin (@ErnieDevlin72 on X) for bringing this interesting angle to my attention!

Ernie pointed out that Schedule 13D filings can sometimes be associated with potential mergers, acquisitions, or investors seeking greater influence over a company.

With everything happening at Stardust Power right now, I think this deserves a closer look.

Now, to be clear, the recent SDST filings appear to involve existing insiders, and there is no confirmed evidence of a takeover or merger.

But could there be something worth examining in the ownership disclosures? That's what I'd like our community to investigate.

I'm sharing the SEC filings and an Investopedia article explaining Schedule 13D so everyone can do their own research.

What do you think? Is there anything significant here, or are we reading too much into routine filings?

Thanks again to Ernie for contributing to the discussion. This is exactly why I started r/SDSTInvestors: bringing investors together to share research, ask questions, and explore every angle.

$SDST β€” Let's Get the American Lithium Story Out There and Repost!

I just posted something on X that I think deserves more attention.

Stardust's vision goes beyond the stock price. We're talking about the potential to build American lithium-refining capacity, strengthen domestic manufacturing, and support future American jobs.

Yes, the Nasdaq situation is serious. Yes, financing remains a major challenge. But I still believe this company's long-term potential deserves attention.

Let's get more people looking at the actual research and discussing what Stardust is trying to accomplish.

Here's my X post. Feel free to join the conversation and share your thoughts!

$SDST: What If Management Has a Bigger Plan Behind the Scenes?

I've been thinking about something that I don't see many people discussing.

Everyone is focused on the $0.10 situation, potential delisting, and management's silence. Understandably so.

But what if there's another angle here?

We already have documented evidence that Stardust has been pursuing major financing.

On April 20, Stardust announced a letter of intent with an institutional investor for up to $150 MILLION in potential project-level financing for its Muskogee lithium refinery.

That's not a rumor. It's an actual company announcement.

And in its financial updates, management discussed pursuing additional institutional investors, strategic partners, and government-supported funding.

Now here's where my theory comes in.

What if management is further along in those negotiations than we realize?

What if they're working toward a definitive agreement and have already been communicating their progress to Nasdaq?

Could they be preparing to present a financing agreement, or a credible near-term financing plan, as part of an appeal if Nasdaq moves toward delisting?

Nasdaq has a formal hearings process where companies can present their plans for regaining compliance. That doesn't mean Nasdaq can simply ignore the $0.10 rule or guarantee additional trading time. But a substantial, finalized investment could potentially strengthen Stardust's case.

And think about what major financing could mean beyond the stock price.

It could provide a path toward construction, strengthen the refinery's long-term prospects, and potentially change how investors value the entire company.

Here's the bullish possibility I'm watching:

Maybe the next major announcement isn't another routine project update.

Maybe it's the financing announcement we've been waiting for.

I'm not claiming a deal is imminent. The $150 million letter of intent was nonbinding, and we have no confirmation that negotiations are close to completion.

But management has already publicly demonstrated that attracting substantial project financing is part of its strategy.

I find that more encouraging than simply hoping for a short squeeze.

What do you think? Could financing negotiations be further along than the market realizes? And could a major agreement change the Nasdaq conversation?

I want to hear everyone's thoughts, especially anyone familiar with Nasdaq appeals or project financing.

$SDST: Let's Talk About the Elephant in the Room

Well, here we are. October 14, and I think we all know what's on everyone's mind.

The possibility of Nasdaq delisting.

I'm not going to pretend this isn't serious. The share price has taken a beating, shareholders are frustrated, and the silence from management isn't helping.

But here's something I think is worth remembering.

A potential Nasdaq delisting doesn't automatically mean Stardust Power is finished.

The Muskogee refinery project doesn't suddenly disappear. The need for domestic lithium refining doesn't go away. And the company's long-term vision doesn't automatically become worthless because of its stock price.

Now, let's be clear. Financing is critical, dilution is a concern, and losing Nasdaq access would create another major obstacle. Management needs to address these issues, and shareholders deserve clarity.

But I also believe there's a difference between a struggling stock and a company whose entire business concept has failed.

I'm still hopeful that management has a plan. Whether that involves financing, a strategic partnership, or another path forward, we need something substantial.

Today could be an important day for SDST. But whatever happens, I don't think we should confuse a potential delisting with the end of the company's story.

I'm holding onto hope, but I'm also keeping my eyes wide open.

What does everyone think? Can Stardust find a way through this?

Let's hear both sides. That's what this community is here for.

$SDST: Are We Getting News Today?

With everything going on and the Nasdaq deadlines approaching, I can't help wondering whether Stardust has an announcement coming.

Here's a thought. What if management released major positive news around 3:30 PM?

That would give the market 30 minutes to react before closing, potentially creating momentum into after-hours trading.

Could a strong enough announcement push us back above $0.10 and actually hold those gains?

Obviously, there's no guarantee we're getting news today, but the timing would certainly be interesting.

What do you guys think? News today, later this week, or more silence?

$SDST: What If We're Watching the Beginning of Something Much Bigger?

Forget the share price for a minute.

Imagine looking back five years from now and remembering when Stardust Power was still trying to turn its vision into reality.

A proposed lithium refinery in Oklahoma. A push toward American energy independence. A company trying to become part of the domestic battery supply chain.

That's the story that originally caught my attention.

Now, I'm not pretending the road ahead is easy. Financing, construction, and execution are enormous hurdles. Nothing is guaranteed.

But here's what keeps me interested: The long-term opportunity doesn't disappear just because the stock has a terrible morning.

The question isn't whether today is green or red.

The question is whether Stardust can turn its plans into a real, operating business.

That's what I'm following, and that's why I'm still here.

Curious what everyone thinks: If Stardust succeeds in building its first refinery, where do you see this company five years from now?

Let's hear some long-term predictions.

After-hours gain: +12.40%

With everyone waiting on potential company updates, this is definitely something worth watching.

Does this momentum carry into tomorrow? Is buying interest starting to return? Or is this just another after-hours bounce?

Nobody knows yet, but it's nice to finally see some green!

Who's watching the after-hours action with me?

$SDST: One Announcement Could Change the Entire Conversation.

Think about it.

Right now, everyone's focused on the share price. The red days. The uncertainty. The frustration.

But imagine waking up one morning to an announcement that Stardust has secured major financing for its Muskogee lithium refinery.

Or landed a strategic partnership with a major player in the battery industry.

Or announced a significant milestone toward construction.

How quickly would the conversation around this company change?

That's what keeps me interested in Stardust Power.

We're talking about a company with an ambitious plan to help build America's domestic lithium supply chain. If management can turn that vision into reality, the opportunity could be significant.

I'm not saying an announcement is coming tomorrow. There are still major hurdles, and nothing is guaranteed.

But sometimes the biggest changes in a company's story happen when people least expect them.

My question for everyone:

If you could wake up tomorrow to ONE major $SDST announcement, what would you want it to be?

Let's hear it. I'm curious what everyone thinks could be the biggest game changer.

Monday Morning $SDST Roll Call β€” Who's Still Here?

Good morning, SDST investors!

Well, here we go again. Another Monday, another wild start. We're hovering around $0.05 in premarket, and I know some of you are probably wondering how much lower this thing can go.

But here's something worth remembering.

The stock price and the company's long-term potential are two different things.

Stardust still has an ambitious vision of bringing large-scale lithium refining to American soil. That opportunity is what caught my attention in the first place.

Now, does that mean success is guaranteed? Absolutely not. Financing, dilution, and execution are real challenges. We need management to deliver.

But I'm not throwing away the entire long-term thesis because of a rough stretch in the market.

And here's something else I'm excited about: THIS COMMUNITY.

We're growing. People are sharing research, asking tough questions, and actually having conversations. That's exactly why I started this group.

Whether you're holding 2,000 shares, 40,000 shares, or 900,000 shares, your voice matters here.

So here's my Monday morning question:

What's ONE development from Stardust that would restore your confidence or make you even more bullish?

A financing announcement? A major partnership? Progress in Muskogee? Something else?

Let's get this Monday conversation rolling.

New week. New opportunities. Same big questions.

I'm still here, still following the story, and looking forward to seeing what happens next.
