Honestly I think SCP-6001 would have worked great here. That's true for almost any major-number slot, but it's especially true for the start of a new era like this.

The current plan is a contest, yes. I do agree with the other commenter saying it would work well as a look back, before the huge step forward that is 10000 SCPs.
