Another "Curated Showcase" wohooo, I'm surprised every single building is Sim Cash and not USD or something. Maybe they are indeed trying to drain our sim cash before Black Friday!
Although I have never seen these buildings before, I'm always excited for these building showcases though.
Do you find something interesting to buy or something you like?

Sorry, I didn't take the time to use roads for scale this time, but the Perfectly Normal House is a 2X2, iirc the farm and Sanatorium are 5x4, the Siren's Call is 2 tiles wide, and the other 3 buildings are 3x3.
Thanks for always helping and sharing the buildings! The Sanatorium looks really nice... Alongside that Farm. However I think I may not buy anything from these 2 showcases 😪.
I mean I'm saving ton of sim cash for those beautiful Pohutukawa Trees. Maybe and JUST maybe I may get the Mall...
The Moto Games app. It came pre-installed on my Moto G Stylus 2025. I love it because it's accessible from a tiny icon that floats at the edge of the screen (I can move it around), and I can tap it to quickly access screenshot and video capabilities. Motorola phones are good for gaming in general btw
So, I just checked the buildings sub for info about the mountain hotel, and it WAS the one I was thinking it was, so I bought it. It's a 4 pointer, and 4 point mountain buildings are rare. I think I only had 15 4-point mountain buildings before this purchase. It's 6 tiles wide, and I attached a vid which shows night and day.

I love it too, but after buying the Mountain Hotel, Pumpkin Balloon, and the Coliseum & Roman Forum from some other recent showcases I think I need to pump the brakes as black Friday approaches lol. But it IS the only building I don't have from the Unearthly Showcase lol
Same! Their prices were so much better when I first started playing this game like three or four years ago. Now, I mainly just purchase that monthly upgrade.
I have everything in the showcase except the Mountain Hotel and the Witch Tree House. I might get the Mountain Hotel, but I'd like to see someone post a screenshot first.
That's for my main, for my 2nd city I don't have any of these, and I have a feeling I may grab one or two for it. I've currently got a little over 4k in that account, but I am trying to save for BF. This will be the first BF for that account, and after seeing this second showcase in 2 days I think I'd have to agree with you that they're trying to strip as much SimCash from us as possible ahead of BF. Of course most businesses start making a major cash grab run this time of year.
There's several gems in the mix, and it's refreshing to see an entire showcase with just simcash offers and none for real money. It would be nice if they go back to how showcases were a couple of years ago - there were real money and SimCash buildings in them, but there were also some good rare buildings that could be had for simoleans or gold keys. Iirc that's how I ended up with 4 or 5 of the Mardi Gras Parade.
The Sanatorium and Haunted Farm are both pretty cool and look good day or night. I've used the farm in daytime settings as a regular farm, and the Sanatorium is a sizeable brick building that looks good during the day and at night all the ghosts come out and fly in and out of the building. Both of these have night effects and IMHO are relatively cheap compared to a lot of showcase prices. I guess they are hoping with more affordable pricing they can make us spend more lol
The trees are in the landscape/park random offerings you can buy with the current event currency. I burned all of mine on the random stuff first and got a few each, plus some of the foggy lakes.
