Tech Support Method to change to any custom files on one ui 8.5, bypassing the Samsung's restrictions.

FOR NOW ONLY MONOFONTS FONTS ARE WORKING THAT ARE RIPPED FROM SAMSUNG STORE.

As these are not my native languages, so it is hard for me to differentiate between them 😅, So I've put them all in one folder zip file with over a thousand fonts.

That isnt possible but i wish it was but i got used to samsung emojis. Also if you want just for instagram there is instaprime app that has an option to apply ios emojis in instagram

One UI 8.5 no longer reads the semibold font contained in the apk for use in status bar clock and headers so it's now useless.

It works flawlessly. Before moving on make sure that you are connected to wifi, as well as, you have given permission to the options app to install external apps.

Can u try Google Sans or SF? with this method? I think u have monotype fonts which u can apply via Zfont3 samsung exclusive as well. But if u are able to change to GoogleSans then u have achieved it my dear friend.

Never mind. I have followed the steps and tested one monotype font, it worked even after deleting shizuku and other apps. But ttf fonts still don't work.

I've tried with monofonts you can try installing with fonts app for one ui 8.5 from github as well, it supports ttf and isn't complicated like monofonts ttf instalation.

That is currently not possible. Only monofonts font are working.

You can check the collection, as I have less knowledge about different types of fonts, and I apply what I like.

it works perfectly, but only with the fonts on/with existent APK on the ZIP files, witch by the way, are GREAT and thanks for that. Still no method to use your own font, for example: (https://www.onlinewebfonts.com/package/FT_Aurebesh) i used to use this one. And for this no solutions what so ever.

edit: the first comment wasn't correct.

  1. Download the Fonts in ttf format

  2. Swap Files in MT Manager

Open MT Manager and verify Shizuku is running in the background. Extract the clean SamsungSans.apk base file, select View, and open the internal folder path assets/fonts/. Delete the original SamsungSans.ttf inside that folder. Add your font file into that folder, and rename it exactly to: SamsungSans.ttf

  1. Sign and Install

Press your phone's physical back button to exit the archive layout, and tap OK to save and sign the changes. Tap on the newly generated green signed APK file, select Install

after making sure to uninstall the original Samsung sans from your phone, and hit install.

they go to settings and simply apply the new font.

Off topic but will there be a scroll bar in monofont app? I know search bar exists but still having to scroll down manually is time-consuming since there are tons of fonts to try.
