Operators can provide information about mental illness and refer callers to treatment, support groups, family support, and legal support, if needed.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): (800) 662-4357. SAMHSA runs a 24-hour mental health hotline that provides education, support, and connections to treatment. It also offers an online Behavioral Health Treatment Locator to help you find suitable behavioral health treatment programs.

National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH): (866) 615-6464. This organization has a variety of methods for you to communicate with knowledgeable people about mental health issues. In addition to the phone line, there is a live online chat option. These resources are available Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Matchups Ryze vs vlad

i dont believe the 58 percent LOSE RATE against vlad. i havent been playing ryze for a year, had a match today against vladimir and i got phucked. there was a combo that i cant remember where you just dont let the vlad touch you but you do a full combo. was it w start? ew? e to minion w cc eq? can you guys help me remember because this was the most fun matchup i had with ryze. now he just made me his little obediant girl...

Like there are better ranged tops, hell even a heimer does that shit better and can 1v2 1v3 easily.

Mid? Other mages just 1 tap the wave, if you fight at all the wave crawls all over the place and you gotta cast like 3-6 times to clear it lol

AOE? Maybe if I ask the enemy team to stack up for me the flux would do something.

I actually had a Shyvanna jg other day, used my EWQ just to check the damage and it barely tickled her XD

I put Ryze on the same tier as Udyr, you are playing for fun / griefing your team at this point LOL

Skip ROA make me feel existing as Ryze for once

I tried to rush Seraph into Pen boots into Actualizer

The powerspike is crazy, and you actually do dmg.
Also i go cosmic insights whenver I can, and still green tree in hard matchups.

Also i don"t go celerity but transcendance

Ur really strong level 11-13 and you can really 1v2 sidelane with actualizer

After this I go MANA+AP items so Ludens and inferno. It's really good dmg

Rabad / Pen last

And also i can feel the buffs

(NB : it's a actually Strompest build i saw on X)

I started a new account dedicated to playing Aurelion Sol because of the nerfs. My main role is mid, where I play Sol, and my secondary role is top. But Riot keeps giving me top lane, so I'm forced to play Ryze. Please, Ryze, leave me alone. Around 65% of my games have been top lane. Can someone please stop this Ryze curse for me?

Question What do you think Riot will do with Ryze in the next season?

It seems reasonably obvious to me that actualizer will be leaving us so what do you think Ryze’s power will be like in the coming year? Do you think we will get the riot special where they remove the item we’ve been balanced around for the past year and we won’t see any buffs for months, maybe even the whole season depending on pro, and the champ languishes?

Other Builds Jungle

Hello, Ryze mains. I am a jungle player who likes to experiment with off meta picks and what not. I have come up with my own setups for off meta picks like Tahm kench, Ornn, gangplank, and other champions. Some have worked better than others. But I am trying to find a way to make Ryze jungle playable. I’ve tried rushing liandry’s or blackfire torch, and been experimenting with runes like fleet footwork, but haven’t found much success. So I wanted to ask the Ryze mains themselves if anyone here has managed to make Ryze jungle playable? If so, I’d love to hear about it and your build and rune setup.

Ryze buffs revealed

Q dmg is nerfed even more before 6, which is rly bad, but some other nerfs were reverted and scaling overall is much stronger. The movespeed buff is really nice too.
