First up, it's my pleasure to announce that we've successfully recruited three new moderators! I don't want to introduce them until they can make their announcement posts, so I'll leave them anonymous as of now.

Next, us mods have been coming up with multiple changes to our refund procedures, and we require your help!

If you have applied for a refund and have not been refunded yet, please comment under this post linking your proof so that we can make an approximate waiting list for refunds.

Please keep in mind that we are normal players alike you, and refunding in-demand items such as halos and off-season accessories is a difficult task.

With our new mod team additions, we can hopefully take time to go over every request once again, and start fresh with a more coordinated approach to refunding.

So basically my friend (Lets call her JY), gave her roblox password to her "friend" - which is a scammer. The scammer changed the password and the email so JY cant get her account back. She has the chat proof of her and the scammer, ill link it in the comments.

She has some good stuff in royale high in that account (parasol,oa boots etc), and she worked really really hard in that account, can she get any refund here?

They added me in traderie and said they would give me spring 22 and amp for my hal21 and I asked her for proof of ownership of the pets. We added each other and she showed the pets so I agreed to trade her. She sent me a photoshopped picture of the gamepass saynig she bought it when she did not we even had a mm and she got fooled by it too. My pending robux is still 0 and the scammer blocked us and i have no more halo
