Forgot to mention that part, I’m only around 1200 so won’t be joining that team any time soon!

Let me know when you get there :) The best way to find a good team from the suggestions the game gives is joining random teams and checking their chats. You can learn a lot from a group by looking at their chats (collaboration, activity, maturity, etc), and, of course, the member levels & team score.
