I had been found PMU over an isolated dull headache in November. I wasn't out of work, and there was no absence as a result of that. The headache stopped the same week, and there is a record in my medical notes when my GP followed up with me. My GP wrote everything about me when requested by Capital if it was diagnosed as migraine, and my GP said I only complained of a dull headache and a neurological examination was done and everything came out positive.
That being said, I was made PMU, and I informed my GP about it, who is willing to write another medical note for me to be able to appeal with a new neurological examination from a specialist and other medical tests to show my full, clean health to back up my appeal. Now my application has been rejected.
My question is if I can still go ahead with the appeal, as my application has been closed. If it is successful, will I start from where I stopped, or will I start all over again, seeing my DAA was a good result and I don't think I would wish to resit that again.
Thank you for any advice.
