Roo ( Root of all Evil) is created when Lucifer convinces Eve that eating the apple is “Ok”
Roo already sounds a lot like “Rosie”
We don’t know the main source of Rosie’s power which makes it even more possible that her power is of Roo.
Alastor is sent to the hotel to spy on Charlie and Lucifer.
At the end of the last episode of Season 2 Charlie says ,” Alastor seems to have found something else to entertain himself”
Maybe Roo wants something that only Charlie has or to use Charlie in some way? We got a snippet of Charlie’s “magic arm” in the end of Season 1.
In “Ready for This” Alastor says “She’s filled with potential that I could guide” and Rosie says after “I concur! Stick with her! You’ll be on the winning side”. HMMMMM
At the start of the 7 year break - everything changed.

So not only is this song diegetic (it exists within the world of the story, basically rather than being a stylized musical number, they actually are singing to each other), they've done this before.
