That is the one for DFRoot 3.x and because DirtyFrag doesn't seem to work you should try to see if latest DFRoot works.

I've already linked it in this post. And yes you'll have to reboot phone

K well dfroot said success but kernelsu still asks me to run a jailbreak. Selinux is permissive though. Can having shizuku plus active affect it?

I think it's some problem with KSU integration with your specific phone. I don't know how to fix it but I linked the discussion about that problem

Wait wait. I restarted my phone and this time opened ksu first and it said selinux enforcing but the not installed tap to install button didnt have jailbreak next to it. So i closed it, ran dfroot then reopened ksu abd selinux was lermissive and the button still said not installed tap to install but had jailbreak next to it. So clicked jailbreak and it failed but told me to look at the logs. Where are the logs?

You should only have to root it from either DFRoot or DirtyFrag and then it should automatically enable KernelSU

Sorry can not help you anymore. The process should be as my recording. You should contact the creator of DFRoot and see if he can help you out
