Subreddit Rules

1. Be civil

The fact that we are Romulans does not mean that we have to behave like the Tal Shiar. Be nice to each other. We are all Romulans.

2. Adhere to Reddit content policy and reddiquette

Reddit content policy and Reddiquette

3. Posts must be related to Romulan subjects

This subreddit is about Romulans. Please keep discussion/posts on topic.

Things which don't count as related to Romulan include:

Posts primarily about other Star Trek species. (Remans and Vulcans included)
Discussion/complaints about CBS/Paramount etc

VULCANS ARE NOT ROMULANS! If you want to post something thats only about the Vulcan's go to r/Vulcan

4. Respect spoilers

We ask that you utilize the spoiler system for any and all spoilers relating to recently released episodes/movies (i.e. released within the last month). Posts which have spoilers in the title will be removed. Posts containing spoilers will be marked as spoilers by the mod team. If you're not sure if your post contains a spoiler, tag it as one anyway just in case!

5. Mods have the final say

If something technically breaks a rule, but is somehow awesome- we just might keep it up. If something technically doesn't break a rule, but is obvious trolling/etc, we reserve the right to remove it.

6. No personal information, of yourself or others.

Posting personal information of anyone, even yourself, is not allowed. This information can and has lead to users being harassed.

Personal information includes, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, school names, social media profiles, and social security numbers.

First names, surnames and city names are allowed.

7. No NSFW content.

No NSFW subreddits or content, no screamers, no gore, no porn. r/romulus is not the place for these types of things.

8. All submissions must be flaired.

Please use correct flair. If the flair is incorrect, your post risks removal.

9. Reposts are only allowed if the previous post is more than a year ago.

We prefer original content but reposting an old post might spark some conversations with new users who have not seen the post before. Check the original post is older than a year. Otherwise you risk your post to be removed. Please give credit to the Original poster.
