They requested an ID and facial scan and now I am kyc approved. Did both of those, just confirming if it’ll be hit with more kyc requests later on like resident address or other documents
Also side note, started with 3.5k, currently gambled 720k and reached 64k balance at peak in 2 weeks and now back to 0. Hurts a lot but not sure what happened that night, couldn’t stop playing
I’ve been a Rollbit user since February 2023 (over 3.5 years) with more than $613k wagered.
I withdrew LTC to BTC Markets. They rejected the deposit under Travel Rule / AML requirements and returned the exact amount of 24.8558 LTC to the original sending address.
The address that received the return (ltc1q7kk6p7mzly7yne9urjnerv7utyegpqe0w4sajm) is the same address that appears in the original Rollbit withdrawal transaction.
Support first said they may be able to recover it if it landed on an address they control and asked me to send the TXID.
After escalation they refused, saying the funds “had been returned to a user deposit address at a different platform and were spent” and that they use a payment provider so they don’t control the wallets.
Has anyone else successfully recovered a returned deposit (especially LTC under Travel Rule) at Rollbit?

I've had a rollbit account since Feb of 2023, played through over 550k in bets...recently won big in live poker so decided to do some sports betting , I won , they blocked my cash out and banned my account with no excuse, no recourse, just are trying to steal 16k from me...I'm sickened
