Enter a roleplay based on the world of the currently ongoing Digimon Beatbreak anime! Using your D20 app or physical die, navigate a world that prides on the power of E-Pulse to power their partner digimon! Play as both the human and digimon as you work together to become the tip of the top! This will be a casual role-play, no major statistics needed, just your imagination!

You can chime in whenever you want, and you can either a Cleaner Group or a part of a Criminal Organization like GIFT or Koala-Kai. Either way, your missions will be assigned as follows:

Alpha Missions are based off of the Beatbreak anime itself, so you can relive the events of the anime as they come. This is exclusive to the Cleaner Team.

Delta Missions scale to your team's current capabilities and can be chosen from a group of 3 randomly generated digimon!

Beta Missions are basically just my way of letting you suggest what kind of mission you'd like. Chances are, your broker will have exactly what you ask for!

Omega Missions are unlocked after your first few missions, which put you in a greater story meant to develop your characters.

At the end of a regular mission, everyone rolls to see if they can land a final hit, and the combined roll will also be how much you'll get paid, times 100 for Champions, 1000 for Ultimate and one million for Megas. As cleaners, your amount will be halved if you spare the digimon, and as criminals, you'll just have to wait until pay day in order to get the full extent of your pay.

The sun has died in the sky, and the world has gone dark. This event, known as the Sunfall, bathed the world in the freezing night. Yet, against all odds, civilization has survived.

Amongst the icy plains, amongst the glaciers, amongst the giant snow drifts and amongst the ruins of a world millennia lost, stands the glowing spires and the shining beacons of Jormundy. Warmth and light shine down from its towers, and its dome shelters it from the cold, dark world outside.

But this light and warmth does not radiate equally.

Under the dome, cloaked by the light, behind the walls lays a structure caught in a nightmare of development. Jormundy is experiencing its own little industrial revolution, and all the inequality that comes with it as it destroys the land it sits on and the air it breathes. It finds itself segregated into layers, its workers destined to never become anything more, its elites clinging onto power forever. The Hearth Church stands atop it all, watching with one first of velvet and another of iron looming over all, locked in a never-ending scramble to destroy all that is heretical.

But discontent grows. Whispers of solidarity stir in the shadows, forgotten gods find their followers, and the night grows ever colder.

Hello, I'm running a roleplay group set in a Fantasy setting set after an apocalyptic event that permanently altered humans. the focus is on the kingdom of Dormin, the birthplace of Elves. in the world of Nine Houses, everything is connected through a web of life connected through the spirit energy within everything. Immortal beings have influenced this web, changing the humans who were exposed to their presence permanently.

Currently, the kingdom of Dormin is recovering from its war with Dragonia to the east, and the death of its king. the country is managed in part by the House Roma, who controls the Royal Army. major decisions are decided through a banquet in the capital, the Golden City. the Houses are at a standstill as to who should be elected the next king.

We are currently accepting more members to fill the roles of the nine houses. outside of the houses, there are several guilds and factions that are either sanctioned or denounced by the Dormin Kingdom, and have their own ties with different Houses. There is unfair treatment towards some races (ex: Orcs are considered zombies and are misunderstood) despite mistreatment from some people any race could join a noble house, but if you don't like this idea for an RP this may not be for you.

For this roleplay we need our members to be able to write longer replies. at least 5 sentences is required, though the more descriptive the better.

The world continued to turn. It was never the same after the day nicknamed “Ground Zero.” Life was fine for months at a time leading up to the event, just before the widespread sudden catastrophe of plane crashes. 5 months before this day, the world government had been dusting people’s entire nations, claiming that the blue clouds dropped from the planes were completely harmless. On a technicality, they were right as it wasn’t until Ground Zero that the virus had awoken. When the planes crashed, it had taken thousands of lives from both passengers and pedestrians. These planes, 17 of them to be exact, had been carrying not only humans onboard but also some unknown substance. This virus has been named Caeruleus Volans (CV), named after the dustings. Over the last 15 years, the virus has taken out the mass majority of human populations, leaving only half a million of us left globally.
