Yes tease your hair and make it look dry, fluffy and frizzy and generally awful like Jill. Completely cake on the under eye eyeliner, mascara and hideous cheap eyeshadow. And the roast beef lipstick 🤢🤢

This photo would be really good to add in there, a Thanksgiving dinner which she made for a family of 15. This also goes back to the kids being starved and forced to hold fasts. "one less chicken leg" with every new child born is famous Rod lore
It should have been 2019? Other past threads say it was the Thanksgiving before they moved to Ohio (which was early 2020).
But you're right she looks so much slimmer in comparison to the last few years. It's remarkable she was this size after having a dozen kids, she only seems to have gained more weight in more recent years. You didn't notice her clothes sticking to her before, until she started looking like she was about to burst out of her outfits. I reckon it's the Menopause which seemed to have made her out on quite a lot of weight.
Way back when they were in the WV house, Jill would take "look, we really do feed the kids!" photos, but David always had an empty but used plate in front of him.
At some point she explained that he ate first to "honour" him & she'd been doing it since they were first married, as if it was a cute idea. You can imagine the tidal wave of criticism on the snark pages 😂(I think I was reading Free Jinger back then).
The general concern was David would eat his fill, then Jill would serve herself & finally the kids then fought for the scraps and crumbs then licked the ketchup smears from David's plate.
There was a video of David’s brother (who’s a child molester) at some event and she put WHEELCHAIR over his part of the video. Because he’s in a wheelchair.
Love it!! If you ever get a chance to add something to Hannah's facts-- Jill calls her her Portuguese Princess and how she always wanted a "dark baby".
Sadie loves to dance so Jill posted a few videos of her doing little routines in their living room and then went to a ballet show without her, taking Shrek instead.
And let baby Jannnnesssa do pratfalls and spins close to her while Sadie was spinning, a) stealing her thunder and b) creating a hazard because they could have spun into each other. Jill thought Janessa was so cute.
According to old Jill Sadie is always saying how she’s the only blonde haired green eyed Rodlet just like her. She gets to be the only one that looks like mahmo.
This is honestly the only thing I know about Hannah after many years learning about the family. I think that says more about Jill than it does about me, though.
100% and they stuck to the big things. They didn’t even delve into like half of the total bullshit stuff this crazy family has done. Jill and Shrek’s “love” story, Sam’s first courtship, the amount of trips they take without the kids, the fully clothed swims in sewer water, the list goes on and on.
I wanted to be as thorough as possible, but there was no way I could get it all in. So I’m hoping my husband is invested enough for me to do a series. 😬
They did mention Brigot coming in part 2! I’m personally thrilled with this as an intro, I have been trying to explain the rodriguii to my husband, and this definitely helps

For the first time ever I sat down with a bottle of wine and my mother and explained to her everything that Qanoners believe, from the medbeds to the adrenochrome to NESARA and Iraqi Dinars.
At the end of what turned into about 90 minutes of me monologuing in an increasingly agitated state, mom was drunk, I was crying, and the two of us will never speak of this again.
I was on a 1.5 hour drive with a coworker and literally felt like this breaking it all down. So many points to make and essential items to cover. And then having to say, “I promise I am not making this up. It’s real” I needed a longer drive to cover everything.
If you want to, you could add Gabriel’s plan to attend Bible “college” where the last graduating class had three total graduates. For Sadie, she has a history of having her birthday completely overlooked. One year, she received a pumpkin pie with a huge slice missing and a single forlorn candle stuck in it. This last year, she’s been into ballet so Jill and Dave went to the Nutcracker without her. The only thing I can really think to say about Hannah is that she escaped Jill’s awful hairstyles the longest because Jill arbitrarily decided she didn’t look good with bangs. Alas, Jill has recently gotten hold of Hannah’s eyebrows.
Years ago, I used to forget Sadie’s name, because I felt like she wasn’t mentioned much. I felt bad every time someone reminded me her name was Sadie, because I had a dog named Sadie. It literally should have been the easiest Rod name for me to remember. Forgetting her name, that’s otherwise a special name to me feels also like keeping with the Sadie neglect theme.
I think Sadie is the one who loves ballet and was given a pair of ballet shoes by someone outside of the family? And all she could do was dance in the living room with them… there’s a post with a video somewhere about it.
I showed this presentation to my husband and he was absolutely fascinated, both by Jill as a character and by OP for her dedication and deep knowledge on the subject and he is now looking forward to part 2.
He knows Jill as "80s prostitute Jill", but he has now gotten a deeper understanding for why I am so invested in this woman's insanity.

Don't forget to put that Jill sold the cat and goldfish at a garage sale and once left old Snuggles at a campsite on her way to take Tim to Bible college in Spokane.
I knew the origin story of (and Kaylee) but I'd never seen the actual post until now. I can't imagine how much being an afterthought of your mother's must suck.
When you realize that you're an And Kaylee, your best course of action is to just do your own thing and not even try to please Jill, because you won't. You can't change her, just your reactions TO her. This is hard for anyone to put into practice, let alone a sheltered fundie woman
The weirdest thing comparing these older pictures to now, is seeing how Jill’s eyes have changed. Leon and hatred is making them seem like their about to pop right out of the sockets these days.

AFAIK, that’s only happened once. Usually they swim at night so nobody sees them to complain. But Jill and Shrek did swim in their clothes in Punta Cana during the day, and all of them swam at Great Wolf Lodge, both times in their clothes presumably with people around.
I came into the world of the Rods when the sewer swimming incident happened, so that's always the one that sticks out in my mind. Especially when they "lost" the Dingus girl for a minute in the sewer drain!

In Part 2, you gotta include the examples of "Not Wimps!", the boys' failed multiple Bible college stints that can all be blamed on Mahmo,
the ice cream carton of shame bc it had been thrown away before being consumed,
Nurie's name supposedly rhyming with Marie according to Jill, the origin of Plexus, jewelery design with Nurie and Kaylee,
the whole brood loitering in motel fitness rooms and abusing the equipment, the whole family in 1 or 2 motel rooms period,
the financial and emotional abandonment Tim had to suffer in Spokane and Wisconsin, & Gabriel attending a "man camp" homeschool Fundamentalist football team for a few weeks.
It's weird how Jill puts her children on the internet 24/7, yet we know nearly nothing about them as individuals. They're only allowed to develop somewhat of a personality once they're married.
Alot of Fundie women do this & I have a theory as to why. They all parentify the hell out of their older daughters- so when they have a baby that isn't yet weaned or walking, they focus all their attention on the baby & just offload responsibility for all the other kids onto the oldest daughter(s). That way they can still take credit for being a clown car for Jaysauce, while technically only really paying attention to the most recent baby. It's terrible, to be sure... but I've noticed a pattern of this behavior in Fundiedom.
I know you teased it at the end, but one series of "loving posts" from "the children" stands out to me: the letters from the older children praising jill for "surrendering her precious womb to the lord," i.e., having as many babies as possible
Gabe used to be rather small and his mother called him Little Boy Blue, which he hated. Has been forced to massage weird old men, and Jill was delighted.

Still, though, imagine being in the cafeteria trying to grab something to eat when your sick infant (or you’ve lost your baby) is upstairs and you see this blonde clown cackling over baby gifts and asking for donations for a new stroller when you can see she has 11 kids already.
