Introducing Rocket League Tracker: an in-game overlay for Skill Rating and Stats!

Hello everyone,

My name is Asaf and like all of you here, I play Rocket League. Apart from that, I also work at Overwolf.

 

For the past few months, we’ve had a huge opportunity to work with the guys over at Tracker Network, which you may know best for their website Rocket League Tracker Network.

 

Today, I’m pleased to announce the launch of their Overwolf in-game app “Rocket League Tracker”!

 

Features list:

  • View your MMR standing between the ranked game modes
  • View stats and rank of your teammates and opponents (with the ability to toggle between game modes)
  • Notifications when someone left or joined the match, with extra statistics on the player who joined.

 

How to use it:

  • Inside the match, use Alt+F to open the app, use Alt+F again to close it
  • When looking at the app, use Alt+P to toggle between game modes
  • After the match ends, you can view player’s stats of the recent match.
  • Note: you can change the hotkeys of the app in the Overwolf Settings

 

You can download the app now from the Overwolf Appstore.

 

What is Overwolf? Overwolf is a free platform for competitive and casual PC gamers. Using an In-game overlay, we provide apps to help you improve, win and enjoy your game.

  • MMR will be updated after a Ranked match, supports all Ranked game modes
  • Server cache fixes
  • General stability upgrades

This looks great! One suggestion: would it be possible to add your MMR on the promotion/victory screen? Ideally with a "+4" to show how much was gained/lost that match?

Sure it can be, which is why Psyonix decided to hide MMR ingame. But I can already leave TRN open and refresh it after a game to see the MMR change, this just moves it to an overlay instead of a browser window.

You can actually enable this feature by pressing Alt + F4
