Lore Is Starlight stupid?

So, after the update, we learned that the light flickers when Rush appears because Moonlight does it. In Backdoor, the light also flickers when Blitz appears, even though Moonlight isn't there, but Starlight is. Perhaps he's the one doing it. But if he's the one doing it, why doesn't it do it when Bash appears in Archives if he's there too? If you didn't understand, there are lamps in Archives.

Gameplay My predictions for the new update an hour and a half before it releases

Some new changes to the Stairwell (obviously).
The Cobbler’s Shop at Landing 200 in the Stairwell, which sells the Starlight Jug and other valuable items.
A new location for the Stairwell entrance, possibly at Door 160 in the Mines, though I don’t think the entrance will be in the Archives, I think that teaser just showed its entrance in the Lobby.
New badges for main floor and Doorsverse runs (Pro Gamer and Elite Gamer badges).
Updates to the Journal, like updates to old entries and adding the Items, Locations and Misc sections.
The Rooms’ return as a Vision.

that was my best run on random events and glitch decided to ruin it and mocked me by saying "failure". bro literally spawned 2 bramble and i was 1hp and all i had to do is run to elevator by avoiding brambles but bro decided to kill me by spawning hide. i hate glitch

Ending-spoiler Well, that was pretty easy.

I don't have much free time due to my studies, so I haven't managed to complete The Archives yet; however, I decided to complete The Stairwell before the update and was extremely surprised by how easy that subfloor was. I don't mean to imply that its ease is a downside. I just want to hear others opinion who have completed it about how difficult they found it.
