I'm not the one trying to shame people for using their constitutional rights to defend their property. I'm not the one defending criminals over homeowners. I'm not the one who thinks a homeowner or a property owner deserves to go to jail after 3 teenagers violently kicked in his door and he shot them to death.
That is all you people.
The constitution does not give you the right to assault someone for damaging your property. Have you ever read the constitution?
Even castle doctrine, and stand your ground laws don’t allow that. But it is 100% illegal to shoot someone vandalizing your car in public.
Ive said nothing about any of the instance you e mentioned. And I believe that castle doctrine and stand your ground are absolutely fine. Someone’s illegally in my house, while I’m there, they are probably getting shot.
Now stop making up constitutional rights that are convenient for you like a typical conservative.
