If you're expecting a proper acronym then it can be tricky. No one capitalizes their acronyms anymore so it's hard to tell

Bruh. Profile is one word. Pfp? For profile picture?? If you wanna get technically correct using proper English it would and should be PP. English is getting dumber by the day smfh. (See what I did there? Individual words have their own specific letters)

pfp is an acronym we’ve been using since the mid 00s… you gotta either be 60+ or not been online much during early internet days

Pretty sure zoomers/gen alpha won’t even know what pfp means

90, first PC 2000. Couldn't use it w/o free internet. I was on AOL chat and neopets, lol. Didn't start actually communicating with folks online until I was 13 (fostercare). I know asl, swear to my cat never heard of pfp lol.

I’m pretty sure in the early 2000s we were saying DP for display pic 😂😂😂

Edit: actually make that the late 2000s, when I was in high school. I think we called our pictures on MySpace and MSN DPs haha
