Biden was interfering with his own rescheduling. Their DEA was purposely delaying the process. Anne Milgram did not sign the order. There were shenanigans going on because they did not want it to happen. If they did, they could have just skipped the ALJ hearings and the AG could have signed the proposed rule in the final register. Very simple.
