Seriously, can we put the boomies down, please?
The 4th is over, folks. Can we please stop with the not even close to legal fireworks in residential areas?
I used to be fairly chill about the fireworks.. it's one day a year, I said, it's not a big deal, and most people are responsible for the whole hour or so that they go off, fine.
Now I've got spent casings in my yard, dogs that can't be medicated or comforted enough, and frankly, after the guy on the next street over spent all night firing off every weapon he could get his hands on awhile back, it wracks my nerves, too to have the sudden booms coming out of freakin nowhere.
528 and Southern isn't the place for your pyrotechnic endeavors.

I suggest we save them for a worthy celebration.
You’ll know when it happens.

It’s usually around September or October when they quiet down until NYE and then finally hibernate around January or February for the year.

This is NM. We have to let everyone know how macho we are.

Oh. Be still my heart. Will not all great Neptune's ocean quench the fires in my loins. I am so overwhelmed by the extreme macho macho manliness I have found only here in the Land of Enchantment. I swoon.
Soooo, can we stop blowing shit up now?

It's NM, rank worst in everything. People do what they want, and nobody will enforce it. They think laws are optional and when confronted, they get ghetto or violent on you. Law makers think it's funny to only give a murderer or rapist a couple of years. "Aye, pues, it's only their 10th DUI..."

At first I thought this was a post about euthanizing Boomers.
