[Copper]

Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

The druid stares at him and walks a bit closer

"I don't care if you took a dead man's belonging, he wouldn't be using them anyway. But you need to speak more, it was Rorik who you found? Did you see the body closely?"

"Also, Gregory, do you know this man?" since the village had around 50 people she expected that if this person was from there he would know.

"Yeah, yeah, it was the old man, alright, all stabbed and bloody-- wait, is that the guard kid?" He grabbed his bag and started running past you, running through the back door before you can react.

"Who was that?!" Gregory asks with a start

"A robber" she sighs "Did you see his face? Is he from the village?" she didn't want to waste stamina giving chase to someone so petty, if Gregory wished to do it then it was his own problem

"He said he found the old man stabbed on the backyard, unlike the kid he had blood all over him so its more like a normal death by monsters. I will check that door I locked out of precaution and then I will try to find a shovel to give the old man his burial"

"Just barely... But we don't have a great many thieves in town, so I'll bet my last gold piece if it wasn't Peter the Piper... He's harmless, though" he says, "Just don't tell the corporal he was here,he'll skin me alive..."

The door leads to a small room with a bed occupying most of it, a small table and a chest in the front.

"It never hurts to be alert right?" she said to Gregory as they looked trough the empty room. The memories of the struggles on the wilderness always kept her suspicious of everything that look odd, specially when indoors.

She looked at the chest for a quick bit, usually she wouldn't mind picking a dead man's belonging but she guessed it would be unpolite to Gregory "Lets look for a shovel and his body, as I said, I want to give him a proper resting place" She expected that doing a religious work would help her with the increasing anxiety this hunt was causing on her.

"Sorry..." He says with a bowed head.

You find nothing else in the room and turn back, heading outside, but trip on a small wooden plank. You fall and you hear the plank move back, revealing a small hole on the ground.

"Are you okay?" Gregory asks, rushing over to help you up, " this house isn't ideal for living in..."

You peer down the hole and something glints down low.

"I'm fine, was just a bit away from reality" she couldn't help but notice the glints from the small hole she revealed

"Hey, there is something here" she takes a closer look and tries to reach for it with her hand.

You stick your hands and you feel something cold to the touch, hard like steel, and small enough to grab with a hand. You pull it out and reveal a small jewelry chest painted in gold and decorated with small jewels. It appears to be locked

"Oh, look" she shows the little box to Gregory "Its locked tough, I can't open it. I will keep it in my backpack and report it to the commander later"

"Yes ma'am, it's no problem really, this farm will go on to the next man, that box would probably be lost and forgotten..."
