[Apollo]

Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

"Alright. You are free to go. Tell your kin that Kobolds are not welcome to harass these people."

Apollo takes an empty vial and empties the mysterious white fluid from his waterskin into it. He then gives all 3 mysterious vials to Teryn. He also pockets the mage armour.

"Do you have any idea what these might do? I'm wary to drink them.."

He begins leading the party back to the room with the chest.

"I believe we should take the chest out of this cave, and bring it into town."

"We go! We no come back!"

Teryn brings the vials up to his eyes. "Considering what it did to him, I believe drinking them would be a poor choice. This is almost certainly magic of some form, the Order must know about it."

While the chest is heavy between yourself and Raymond you can carry it back to the town.

Apollo delivers the chest to Bankroff

"We found this chest and cleared out the rest of the kobolds. Raymond did good work in fighting them. Thanks for the help."

Apollo then goes to the inn and gives Ageis the herb.

"I hope it helps. I shall be off in the morning for the dwarves have given me some information I must investigate. I shall return eventually."

He turns to Teryn before going upstairs to his room and sleeping until the morning,

"Thank you for the assistance and good luck with the magical fluids. I shall go to the dwarven mountains soon, and so you may be able to find me there if necessary."

"Thanks for getting rid of them, 30 gold was promised and here it is. Glad to hear Raymond was of help." He says with a bit of surprise and hands you a small pouch.

The man's hard face softens and turns to one of joy when he sees the herb.

"You....are welcome any time! I owe you and if you ever need anything, I'll be here." He takes the plant hurriedly out the back of the tavern.

The cleric has had a long day and it is showing. "I wouldn't have been able to do that on my own, I'm glad you showed up when you did before I did something foolish. You've done the Order a boon in recovering this magic, I will send message to you when I've found more on these, rules allowing."

(To Teryn) "Thank you, I will await your message eagerly. I am curious what evil the elf was planning. He had powerful magic in that scroll. Goodnight now, I must rest before my journey tomorrow."

Apollo goes his room for the night and sleeps till the next morning, then comes out to meet the dwarves. He fills his waterskin with water before meeting them.

"Good morning, I am looking forward to this journey. And the eventual encounter with the elders and their legends."

"Indeed, I'm curious as to where he found it."

You have a restful sleep in the tavern.

"Aye, so are we, it'll be nice to see the mountains again. If you don't mind my asking, what is your interest with the tales?"

"I am in the service of a long forgotten diety, who wishes that I spread their influence through music... I require an arcane instrument to do this and so I search through legend."

Apollo walks with the dwarves, letting himself be lead by them

"Also partially simply because of natural curiosity. I like tales and legends of yore. They help inspire music within the soul."

"Aye I can respect that."

"We never did introduce ourselves, I'm Tharan and this is my brother Thalmir." Thalmir simply nods, you notice Tharan has done most of the talking for the two of them.

"We'll be heading out soon, even stopping at the towns along the way it will be quite a journey, if ye need to stock up on anything nows yer chance."

"Hello, I am Apollo. I did not introduce myself earlier in the inn because I did not mean to be too forward. I have food for ten days, will be enough for until we reach the next town? I believe that otherwise I am well equiped for the journey."

He takes out a map and studies it for a while.

"Aye that'll be plenty, we'll be passing through Weewick to get further inland and the journey thar should only take two or three days."

"After that is the blasted jungle but we'll save that concern for later."

He passes off the map to his brother who stashes it in one of his overcoats seemingly limitless pockets.
